Nalin Kumar Chandna is the Founder and Managing Partner of Leadership Solutions LLC, a boutique management consulting and advisory firm operating across Oman, the UAE, and India. He is a Chartered Accountant and senior advisor with over 28 years of experience across multiple industries and borders, advising boards, shareholders, family businesses, and senior leadership teams.

Nalin specializes in corporate governance, board effectiveness, strategic finance (CFO advisory), ESG and sustainability frameworks, risk management, and business transformation. His work focuses on supporting founder-led and complex organizations as they transition toward institutional, resilient, and well-governed enterprises.

He has held senior executive and board-level roles, including serving as Group CEO of a leading energy company in Oman, and has worked with global corporations and professional services firms, including Ernst & Young, Monsanto/Bayer, Wal-Mart, Motorola, Carrier Air Conditioning, and Petregaz.
