With over a decade of administrative, operational and leadership experience in different types of environments that range from international non-profit organizations to private corporations, Cesar has focused on international business and trade with significant input to the service sector. Specifically, he has worked on market development and service management for Latin America and Europe.

Cesar's work with Global Chamber® has allowed him to interact a lot more with markets like Asia, Africa and North America as collectively the team is in process to build the first truly global business community. Back in Puerto Rico, his main goal is to put the island on the map of global business and to open more opportunities for the improvement of the economy there during the years to come.

Jessica Weiss - Partner at Weiss & Moy, PC

Jessica Weiss is an experienced immigration attorney who helps entrepreneurs and business owners navigate immigration and intellectual property matters. In this session, she will share practical strategies to build and grow your business in Miami, covering key immigration insights and IP best practices. . Her practice has an emphasis in business and family immigration work, with a particular focus on nonimmigrant business visas E-1/E-2 and immigrant and employment based immigration work. She represents individuals, and corporations small and large. Additional representations include, world-renowned athletes and coaches, and Olympians in the track and field industry, NBA, NFL, and other sports related professionals including Coaches, Therapists, etc. in categories such as O-1A and P areas.

Attorney Weiss has represented clients in H-1B cases. Religious workers including Priests, Rabbis and religious studies teachers. She can assist you from when you enter as a tourist to changing status to nonimmigrant and then moving to a green card category and one day citizenship. She offers her knowledge and experience with resources of a small firm and hourly as well as fixed fees on cases for client flexibility and comfort. Farley Weiss - President of IP Law Firm Weiss & Moy, P.C.

Farley Weiss has practiced intellectual property law since 1990. Mr. Weiss has significant experience handling Trademark and Service Mark applications. 

As a trademark attorney, Weiss has filed more than 1,000 Trademark and Service Mark applications.  In 1988, Mr. Weiss served as a law clerk for Justice Menachem Elon, who at the time was the Vice President of the Supreme Court of Israel. 

Some of Farley’s notable clients include singers Debbie Sledge of Sister Sledge, Uncle Moishy, and Shlock Rock.  Farley also represents numerous other clients, including public companies like Iveda.   

Mr. Weiss is married to Jessica Weiss, who practices Immigration law with Weiss & Moy. They have six children.
