Stefanie Austin, MBA - Executive Director at Global Chamber® Dallas Fort Worth

Stefanie Austin, MBA is a dynamic global business leader, operations executive, author, and entrepreneur known for her ability to connect people, elevate organizations, and inspire transformational growth. With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, business strategy, and workforce development, Stefanie has built a reputation for driving operational excellence while cultivating strong, purpose-driven cultures.

She serves as the Executive Director of the Global Chamber Dallas–Fort Worth, where she leads initiatives that connect professionals and organizations to international opportunities, strategic partnerships, and global market expansion. Stefanie is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Austin Global Solutions, a business process outsourcing and consulting firm that supports organizations through administrative optimization, healthcare practice management, digital solutions, and workforce support services.

Throughout her career, Stefanie has successfully led large multi-site operations, implemented system-wide performance improvements, and partnered with executive leaders to drive sustainable growth and organizational transformation. Her passion for mentorship, leadership development, and community advancement is reflected in her work supporting women leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging professionals.

In addition to her executive leadership, Stefanie is a published author and women’s leadership advocate whose work often focuses on resilience, purpose, and overcoming adversity. Her personal and professional journey has positioned her as a powerful voice in helping others navigate change, crisis, and opportunity with confidence and clarity.

 

Kimberly Evans, JD, MBA - Attorney and Founder of Purposed Consulting LLC

Kimberly Y. Evans is an attorney with an MBA and the Founder of Purposed Consulting, LLC, A full service Financial Services & Business Consulting Firm. She serves as the President and CEO managing the Financial Services, Business Consulting, Legal and Operational functions of the company. She also develops Programs for Speaking Engagements, Summits, Panels, Workshops, and Mentoring. 

Kimberly’s career spans more than 33 years in the Financial Services Industry where she specialized in Transactional Law, Contracts, Taxes, Tax Free Retirement Accounts, Living Benefits, Mortgage Banking and Regulatory Policy, Risk and Compliance.

She has experience in Law Firms and Corporate Business with companies such as Yellow Freight, Sprint, Fannie Mae, and Bank of America. She is also a Certified Housing Counselor, an IRS Certified Tax Preparer and a Licensed Financial Consultant, skills she uses to help individuals, families and businesses achieve financial security.

Natalie Webb, JD - Managing Partner at Webb Family Law Firm, P.C. 

Natalie L. Webb is the managing partner of Webb Family Law Firm, P.C., in Dallas, where she represents individuals and families across the full spectrum of family-law matters. A Board-Certified Family Law attorney through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Natalie is recognized for combining practical courtroom experience with a client-centered approach that focuses on protecting clients’ rights while minimizing conflict and preserving long-term family stability. Her practice includes complex and high-stakes custody and divorce matters, post-judgment modifications, premarital and postmarital agreements, and litigation involving complicated financial and evidentiary issues.

Natalie is also an active contributor to the family-law community. She has co-authored practice-oriented pieces such as “Handpicking Your Judge: Arbitration, Special Judges, and Special Assignments”and “Disco Daubert: Dancing Around Unreliable Scientific Evidence,” and was a co-author on “The Good, The Bad, and The Sanctionable: Sanctions in Family Law.” She has presented at legal education and practitioner forums (including co-speaking engagements and family-law conferences) on topics ranging from prenups and postnups to effective handling of low-net-worth divorce and custody modification practice. Natalie’s combination of scholarship, teaching, and courtroom skill helps clients navigate difficult transitions with clarity, preparation and confidence.

 

Dana Austin - Founder of Transformational Writers Academy & Executive Director at Global Chamber® Atlanta

Dana Austin is a nationally recognized nurse leader, global health advocate, and award-winning author whose career bridges healthcare, research, leadership, and literature. She has served as Chief Nursing Officer at Serene Senior Support Home Health, bringing more than 25 years of experience across nursing practice and clinical research. A contributor to multiple scientific publications and a sought-after speaker at research conferences, she is known for translating evidence-based insight into meaningful, real-world impact.

Her leadership extends globally through her role as Clinical Ambassador for the Center for Global Health Innovation, where she has advanced education, awareness, and access for underserved communities. She previously served for over five years as Executive Director of Global Chamber Atlanta, fostering international business collaboration, cross-cultural partnerships, and economic diplomacy. Her diverse clinical and leadership experience uniquely positions her as a trusted advocate for equity, innovation, and sustainable community development.

In recognition of her globalcultural leadership, she was recently appointed International Heritage Ambassador.Trained as a healthcare professional and driven by storytelling, Dr. Austin seamlesslyintegrates science, strategy, and narrative to bring books and people to life. She is theFounder and CEO of Transformational Writers Academy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating global authorpreneurs. An award-winning, best-selling author, she and her team have empowered more than 300 aspiring writers to publish their voices and step into authorship with purpose. Through her signature 90 Days to Manuscript Masterclass, she has guided individuals from ages 8 to 88 in transforming ideas into completed manuscripts and thriving author-led brands. As Director of the Global Chamber Authors Series, she elevates completed works onto a global stage, amplifying voices with purpose and impact.

Her work reflects a deep commitment to faith, cultural exploration, and legacy-building. An ordained Elder, inspired by her love for God, global travel, tea ceremonies, culture, and history, her writing carries both depth and humanity. At home, her miniature Schnauzer, Maximillian, continues to remind her of life’s greatest lessons: unconditional love, acceptance, patience—and the importance of time for play.

 

Megan Nguyen-Trinh - Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for Business Banking at Bank of America

Megan Nguyen-Trinh is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for Business Banking in Bank of America’s North Texas market. She leads a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering customized financial strategies and solutions. Her goal is to help local businesses succeed and achieve their objectives—no matter the size or complexity. With more than 22 years of banking experience, Megan has spent the majority of her career in Commercial Banking, supporting mid-sized companies throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

In recognition of her impact, Megan was named Global Banker for Exporters of the Year by the Global Chamber Dallas in 2016 and received the Women of Influence/Young Professional of the Year award from the Junior League of Collin County in 2020. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation and the advisory board of the Frisco Education Foundation. A native of New Orleans, Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Orleans.

 

Lisa Ridley - Co-Owner at R&L Resource Experts

Lisa Ridley has a Master’s Degree in Nursing, Wound Care Certification, Infection Preventionist Certification, Quality Certified Professional, CPR instructor, Motivational Speaker, Educator, and Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. She serves on the Texas LTC Council and is the President for TXADONA (Texas Association Director of Nursing Administration). Her love for teaching and mentorship surpasses her passion for education.

Lisa has worked as a nurse for over 30 years. She began working as a Certified Nurse Aide while attending nursing school in Northern Louisiana.  Throughout her career, she has served as a DON, Regional Nurse Consultant, Divisional Director of Clinical Services, Director of Compliance, VP of Quality and LNFA.   She co-owns R&L Resource Experts, where she provides independent consultation to
nursing homes, hospices, and home health companies in quality improvement areas.  She is currently employed with Gulfcoast LTC Partner, LLC where she is the VP of Business Development, where her clinical and operation expertise is leading edge. Most of her work history has been in Long-Term Care.
