Built for business owners, founders, and senior leaders, this session focuses on practical leadership to gain a competitive edge. You’ll leave with clear actions you can use immediately to strengthen performance.
Speakers:

Minal Joshi Jaeckli - Founder of OpenElevator
Minal Joshi Jaeckli is the CEO and Founder of OpenElevator, a workforce analytics platform that gives leaders early visibility into retention risk so turnover never comes as a surprise.
She works with CEOs and executive teams who sense when something is shifting beneath the surface of their organizations, but lack clear proof. Through OpenElevator, she helps leaders replace instinct and anecdotes with defensible insight they can act on with confidence — from early warning signals to predictive hiring and team fit decisions.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, employee experience, and decision-making under uncertainty. She has spent years helping organizations understand why disengagement forms long before resignation — and how earlier visibility fundamentally changes leadership behavior.
Minal is also the author of The Goldilocks Team: Master Retention and Hiring, where she explores why teams succeed or fail not because of effort, but because of what leaders can and can’t see early enough.
She believes leadership shouldn’t be reactive. It should be informed.

Stacee Mandeville - Founder of Mandeville Method
Stacee Mandeville is an actor-turned leadership trainer and the founder of The Mandeville Method. Since 1999, she has helped leaders strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and presence through practice-based training that creates real behavior change—not just insight. She brings a highly practical lens to leadership development, helping people get out of their heads and focus on the people in front of them.
Since 1999, Stacee has worked with executives and teams around the world to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence—especially when the stakes are high. She created MM as a practice-based alternative to one-off leadership training, built on repetition, real application, and coaching—because leadership doesn’t fail in theory; it fails in moments.
She doesn’t teach leaders to perform—she teaches them to pay attention. Her work helps organizations build stronger teams and healthier cultures, reduce attrition, and drive measurable business results. Stacee has partnered with global organizations across industries, including government, healthcare, finance, technology, and professional services, supporting leaders at every level through periods of growth, change, and high pressure.
Carla Watt - Founder of Watt Next Consultancy
A seasoned Sales Performance Partner with years of experience building, scaling, and revitalising sales teams in the UK. Known for transforming underperforming teams into high-performing, motivated units, Carla blends strategic process with the art of authentic conversation.
