Anna K. Ettin - Workforce Strategy Advisor

Anna Ettin works at the intersection of workforce strategy, employee experience, and organizational design. She is the co-founder of Tapestry Partner Solutions, where she advises on generational risk and knowledge transfer. She also co-leads the Global ERG Network (GEN), which partners with organizations focused on developing impactful and sustainable Employee Resource Groups and Councils. Through speaking and advisory work, Anna helps leaders rethink how organizations develop people and build cultures capable of thriving in a changing workforce. Her work focuses on designing systems that strengthen leadership pipelines, surfacing workforce intelligence, and teaching organizations to sustain engagement across generations.

Sipele is a seasoned Director of Operations with extensive experience in nearshore, offshore, and multi-site BPO/RPO operations, currently living and thriving in Querétaro, Mexico. She possesses a pragmatic and collaborative leadership style, with a proven track record of driving growth, improving operations, and implementing strategic business plans. Her expertise includes business establishment from concept to realization, strategic planning, process improvement, and scaling operations, consistently excelling in managing budgets and leading high-performing teams. Sipele is dedicated to helping companies establish or optimize nearshore business solutions in Mexico, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
