Her expertise includes business establishment from concept to realization, strategic planning, process improvement, and scaling operations, consistently excelling in managing budgets and leading high-performing teams. Sipele is dedicated to helping companies establish or optimize nearshore business solutions in Mexico, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
