MALAYSIA's BUSINESS NETWORKING RECEPTION, JULY 10TH, 2026

Members ONLY: The Global Chamber including Global Chamber New York City is pleased to extend this invitation by the Consulate General of Malaysia in New York to the Malaysia Business Networking Reception 2026—an exclusive luncheon bringing together a select group of business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and representatives of the Government of Malaysia.

His Excellency the Ambassador of Malaysia to the United States, Tan Sri Muhammad Shahrul Ikram Yaakob — a career diplomat who previously served as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia and Director General of Asean Malaysia National Secretariat who spearheaded the 2015 ASEAN Summit — will grace the reception with his presence.

This reception also serves as a timely platform to introduce MIHAS 2026 (Malaysia International Halal Showcase), the world's largest halal trade exhibition. Guests will gain valuable insights into Malaysia's dynamic halal ecosystem, emerging investment opportunities, and the country's strategic role as a gateway to the ASEAN market of more than 680 million consumers.
