Mohd Firdaus Mohammad - Consul (Trade) / Trade Commissioner at MATRADE Los Angeles

Mr. Firdaus joined MATRADE in 2008 and has since assumed several roles within Export Promotion and Exporters Development. He has served in the Services Export Fund Unit and the Market Development Grant Section, and held the position of Deputy Trade Commissioner at MATRADE Johannesburg. Prior to his current portfolio, he contributed at the ASEAN & Oceania Section, MATRADE, and was posted to the HCMC office as Assistant Trade Commissioner, with responsibilities spanning Vietnam as well as Cambodia and Laos. Currently, he leads MATRADE’s Los Angeles office, overseeing 19 states in the Western United States.
