Paul Charles is CEO of Charles & Associates, LLC and Creator of the Full Stack Data Centers™ platform, a Power-to-Compute™ delivery model integrating power infrastructure, energy storage, modular AI data centers, commissioning, and operations to accelerate AI compute deployment worldwide.

He also serves as Co-Chair of the NAATBatt International ESS & Data Center Community, where he works with industry leaders advancing the convergence of energy storage and AI infrastructure.

Paul advises developers, utilities, investors, EPC firms, and governments on AI infrastructure, battery energy storage systems (BESS), utility interconnection, and large-scale power strategy. Most recently, he expanded the Full Stack Data Centers™ platform with a new offshore AI data center solution developed in partnership with Fenrir Infrastructure Partners.

Prior to founding Charles & Associates, Paul was Co-Founder and the first CEO of American Battery Factory. He is a frequent keynote speaker on AI infrastructure and energy strategy and was recognized as one of the Top 25 Battery Technology Influencers to Follow by Battery Technology.
