Mona Lou Cherkaoui – Global Chamber Central Florida

Mona Cherkaoui is the Executive Director of the Global Chamber Central Florida, a graduate of International Relations, and a cross-cultural business strategist connecting Central Florida to global markets. She speaks several languages and has represented clients from over 130 nationalities, giving her a unique edge in navigating global business, investment, and leadership across cultures. She is also the Founder of Global Women of Impact and the Managing Broker of World Properties Group, where she advises international investors and organizations on market expansion and strategic growth.

Sharon M. Matike – Global Chamber Accra

Sharon Matike is the Director for her Market Research and Business Development company Afrique Monitor which has footprints in over 30 African markets. Her portfolio includes mainly multinational clients and organisations, and has assisted companies enter or expand their reach in West, East and Central Africa.

Aside being a business consultant and developer, she is an Africa Risk and Due Diligence expert, and collaborates with a number of development agencies to identify and mitigate risks while doing business in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is a connector for business interests in Africa, and is passionate about understanding the culture, environment and business on the continent.

She currently holds a number of Consultancy Expert and Board positions.

Sharon believes Africa is ripe for massive industrialization and prosperity so works hard to attract interest and investment on the continent and helping her clients succeed in Subsaharan African markets.

She is passionate about leadership and believes it’s the first necessary step in building any worthwhile project. She believes character and personal development are keys to a fulfilling
and successful life.

Her extra-curricular interests are in helping to harness proper leadership in African terrains and helping young people adapt the right leadership strategies in their own lives first and in any
sphere they are called upon to serve as leaders.

She is part of a growing crop of young and competent global business leaders whose quest is to help others rise to tell Africa’s success stories.

She is a seasoned Operations Executive and Healthcare Executive Leader with extensive experience in strategic business development, operations management, and performance improvement. Her accomplishments include implementing clinical efficiencies, improving patient outcomes, and successfully leading multimillion-dollar budgets and large teams. She has a proven track record of driving transformation through mergers, acquisitions, and innovative operational strategies.

In addition to her corporate endeavors, Stefanie serves as the Executive Director of Global Chamber Dallas-Fort Worth, fostering global business opportunities and connecting professionals worldwide. A lifelong servant leader, she has dedicated years to mentoring youth, supporting underserved communities, and serving in various church roles.

Stefanie is also a best-selling author, with works including My Will or His Will – Learning a Life to Surrender and My Will or His Will – Who is Your GPS? Inspired by nature and her faith, she continues to write devotionals that encourage readers to navigate life’s challenges with grace and trust in God.
