This week we're featuring a roundtable after a conversation with Marc Pierce of Lee & Associates about his work and success with Taiwan-related opportunities. Marc completed  $59 million deal with 4 Taiwanese companies that has made him somewhat of a celebrity in in Taiwan!

Marc is in Taiwan at Semicon Taiwan here with a delegation from Arizona September 2-4, so he's busy this week. To work around it we captured the conversation on video and we'll be sharing that, PLUS we'll have a follow-up chat with Marc and others Friday, September 19th here.

We'll also cover a new initiative for business seeking to capture new business in the semiconductor, manufacturing and AI supply chains. It was kicked off last week by Senator Mark Kelly in collaboration with Jevin Hodge, Global Chamber, the NAACP East Valley and more here.

Mr. Pierce is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Arizona State University. He is an active member of the Arizona Technology Council, Greater Phoenix Economic Council and the Arizona Israel Technology Alliance. Mr. Pierce specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing and sales of industrial, office, and investment properties in the Falcon Field Airport and Metropolitan Phoenix real estate market. Mr. Pierce's extensive knowledge of the Metropolitan Phoenix market, with specialization in the Mesa/Southeast Valley, is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis and property marketing. These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence globally.

Her career spans senior leadership roles in both private enterprises and publicly traded companies, as well as mission driven non-profit initiatives.
