Sumeet “Sam” Nangia, Esq. is a Los Angeles based attorney, business advisor and real  estate broker consultant Mr. Nangia has over 18 years of legal and business experience, advising clients in various  industries including real estate, retail, franchising, manufacturing and technology, and  being well versed in acquisitions, finance, joint ventures and leasing. Mr. Nangia is also a practicing attorney in Los Angeles, focused on the Commercial Real  Estate, Corporate and M&A practice areas.
