Kassandra Ayala-Najera - Founder of Embracing Kulture™
Kassandra Ayala-Najera is a first-generation Mexican Canadian who has built a dynamic career as a multilingual and multiculturalism educator, communications specialist, speaker, and author.
She is the founder of Embracing Kulture™, a global initiative dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace and express their cultural identities, while promoting the value of multiculturalism. The initiative also encourages organizations to view diversity as a strength rather than a challenge in the workplace. Through Embracing Kulture Magazine™ people from around the world share their experiences with multiculturalism and the impact it has had on their lives.
Kassandra holds advanced degrees, including a Master of Education with a specialization in Teaching and Learning, and a Master of Arts in Spanish. With her M.Ed. and M.A., she brings both academic understanding and lived experience to her work. Her journey taught her that success isn't about fitting into one box, it's about bringing all your experiences to the table. Now, she guides others to do the same.
