The Nepal-U.S. Alumni Network (NUSAN), in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Nepal, is opening registrations for the first session of the Commercial Diplomacy & Business Engagement Knowledge Series on the topic "Unlocking U.S.–Nepal Trade, Investment & Business Partnerships". This quarterly series brings together Nepali entrepreneurs, business leaders, U.S. exchange alumni, private-sector stakeholders, and U.S. companies to exchange knowledge and explore commercial opportunities, strengthening U.S.–Nepal economic ties. The first session will explore the U.S.–Nepal commercial relationship, current trends and opportunities in trade and investment, and the experiences of U.S. companies operating in Nepal. Discussions will also touch on American business practices, including corporate governance, compliance, quality, labor, and environmental standards, alongside emerging opportunities in tourism, ICT, manufacturing, agriculture, and services.

About the Speaker
Nirvana Chaudhary | Managing Director, CG Corp Global
Nirvana Chaudhary is the Managing Director of CG Corp Global, a multinational conglomerate operating across 30 countries. He started his first company at 19 and has since built a career spanning multiple industries. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Chaudhary Foundation, focusing on education and healthcare for children, and has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He has spoken at Harvard Business School on family business management and at the Davos Summit on climate change, and is a published author of children's books.
About the Moderator
Juna Mathema | Co-Founder, Blitz Media Pvt. Ltd.
Juna Mathema is an entrepreneur and researcher with more than two decades of experience building enterprises in Nepal. In 2002, she co-founded Blitz, an advertising and research agency, where she leads the research practice. She also runs ventures spanning stock brokerage, management consulting, and digital media. An elected Executive Committee Member of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), she chairs its Startup & Innovation Forum. She has previously held leadership roles at FNCCI and the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF). She recently co-authored a study on building entrepreneurship ecosystems in Nepal.
