Speakers:

Dr Bola Abisogun OBE Hon DUniv [LSBU], Hon MBA [UBE],  PQS (Rtrd)  - Founder, President & Chief Excitement Officer Digital Twin Skills Academy CIC

Dr Abolade ‘Bola’ Abisogun OBE is founder & CEO of AI-QS (est. 2003), an RICS Tech Partner delivering 5D digital twins as a service for insurance purposes. A Fellow of the RICS, (retired) Chartered Quantity Surveyor and documented Construction Manager, he is an influential global authority and documented trailblazer, as he continues to lead #PQS2030, his global initiative applying digital twin technology.

PROJECT IIRIS: Through his current venture Twin-ium, Dr. Abisogun is the Founder and Chair of Project IIRIS (Insurance Information Requirements and Information Standard), the first industry ‘technical’ use-case under the nima Information Management Initiative, delivered with and supported by the Construction Leadership Council and Department for Business and Trade. Mobilised in October 2025, the project defines the Minimum Insurable Asset Dataset (MIAD_v5) containing 91 fields, 13 insurance lines — and embeds it into ISO 19650 information requirements, closing the structural gap between construction data and insurance underwriting to deliver safer, more insurable, better-value projects and built assets. This work traces back to the Grenfell Tower tragedy and his 32-month pro-bono collaboration with the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Digital Built Britain, where he co-authored the Digital Twin Toolkit and the Gemini Papers published in March 2022.

DIVERSITY & INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP: Founder and President of the not-for-profit Digital Twin Skills Academy (DTSA), Dr. Abisogun is supporting young people from underserved & underprivileged communities into a new career pathway in digital construction. He is also the Founder & Chairman of DiverseCity Surveyors, the first RICS network for non-traditional surveying talent, offering APC support and thought leadership to the global profession since 2005. A nima Ambassador, the RICS Digital Champion and a CIC Digital Forum representative, he is the first-ever Chair of African descent to lead the Construction Industry Council’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and sits as a Non-Executive Board Member and Chairman of the Black Business Association at the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Named in the Top 100 Built List and Top 20 ‘most influential voices’ in UK Digital Transformation (2026), Dr Abisogun was awarded an OBE in 2019 for services to diversity and young people in construction, and is the recipient of two honorary degrees, a Doctor of the University (DUniv) and an MBA from London South Bank University & University of the Built Environment.

MMag. Florian Huemer - Founder at PropX

For years, I operated at the highest levels of urban policy, serving as a senior cabinet member for the Austrian Vice Chancellor and as an attorney specialising in real estate and development law. I was in the engine room, navigating the complex machinery of how our cities are planned, approved, and built.

What I saw was radical: We are currently planning 21st-century cities with 20th-century tools, and the cost of that misalignment is irreversible.

I saw the recurring pattern: data silos, decision-making clouded by uncertainty, and costly mistakes set in concrete.

I founded PropX to change that trajectory.

PropX is building 'SimCity for the real world.' We develop realistic, data-driven digital twins - not just static 3D models, but breathing virtual environments. We enable city officials and developers to test, plan, and innovate before a single shovel hits the ground.

Whether it’s optimizing district-level energy consumption or stress-testing a complex real estate project, we bridge the gap between virtual planning and physical reality.

If you are looking to build a more sustainable, efficient, and intelligent future for your city, let’s connect. I would love to discuss how a digital twin can transform your next project.

Zazi Vaccalluzzo - Founder/CEO at ONEZSM

Zazi is the Founder and CEO of ONEZSM, a video-first global commerce platform building a Human Commerce Layer for cross-border business. ONEZSM helps enterprises, professionals and ecosystem partners become more visible, understandable and trade-ready across markets — using video-led profiles, structured capability data, human-centred trust signals and AI-enabled discovery to show not just what an organisation offers, but who is behind it and where collaboration is possible.

This addresses a gap in conventional digital trade systems: data alone rarely creates confidence across borders. Real trade decisions depend on context, credibility, relationships and the right introduction at the right moment. ONEZSM combines video storytelling, curated profiles, trusted networks and corridor-based partnerships to convert visibility into trust, trust into connection, and connection into trade.

Zazi works across Africa, the Baltics and wider international trade routes, focused on creating more equitable routes to visibility for growth-ready SMEs, women- and youth-led businesses, and founders with strong capability but limited access to international networks.

She also serves as Executive Director of Global Chamber® Estonia | Baltics, building corridor-based pathways between entrepreneurs, investors, diaspora leaders and market partners — including the Africa–Baltics Bridge and structured market-access programmes.

At The Delivery Network, Zazi brings perspective on how a curated, video-led directory can become a trusted discovery layer for built-environment professionals, firms and investors — enabling clearer capability, credibility and cross-border introductions across Nigeria, the diaspora and global markets, aligning with the Network's ambition to enable knowledge and technology transfer through a credibility-backed network.

Ademola Eleso  - Thought Leader: Telecoms, Infrastructure, Innovation

Ademola Eleso is one of the architects of Africa's mobile revolution. As founding Chief Technical Officer of MTN Nigeria, he was a key executive behind the company's GSM network rollout and fibre deployment, helping build what became one of the continent's largest mobile networks. That network reached its five-year targets within two years, an experience that shapes his conviction that African markets are routinely underestimated and that builders should design for scale from day one.

His career spans more than three decades and three continents. From 1988 to 1995 he worked in network engineering design and planning at BT Cellnet (now O2) in the UK. From 1995 to 2000 he served as Director of Technology at Airtel Móviles (now Vodafone Spain), on assignment from AirTouch International (now Verizon Wireless) in San Francisco. He later led technology at Vodafone Qatar, and as CEO of Multi-Links Telecommunications in Nigeria, led a turnaround and a strategic transaction aimed at launching a 4G/LTE mobile broadband operator.

Alongside his corporate roles, Eleso is an entrepreneur who turns technical depth into viable businesses. He co-founded mCentric, a Spanish telecoms software company, leads mCentric Nigeria, a systems integration and consulting firm, and founded Contact Solutions (ConSol), a leading Nigerian contact centre provider, where he serves as Chairman.

He is also a founding Director of Zap Mobility, a business focused on the EV transition in Africa, which is currently deploying an EV fleet for Bolt's ride-hailing service in Lagos.
Eleso speaks on building technology for billions, scaling infrastructure in emerging markets, and bridging engineering and commercial strategy. He holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc in Digital Communications Systems from Loughborough University.

Jacques M. Jean - Founder & CEO, TechFides

TechFides deploys private AI on hardware the client owns, configured for how that business actually runs. No cloud dependency, no per-seat rent, no data leaving the building. The firm works with small and mid-size businesses, enterprises and public institutions.

Jacques came to it after twenty-five years inside companies large enough to set their own terms. At Schneider Electric he was IT Business Stakeholder for the $4B IT division and led the IT engagement strategy for its $7B Industrial Automation division. Earlier he led IT for Honeywell's CPG business across Europe, Asia and Latin America, and served as Six Sigma Leader for Honeywell Corporate throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. He also worked at Invensys, and began his career as an IT Security Policy Business Analyst at AlliedSignal. Fifteen countries in all.

That history is why he reads AI demand differently. Large organisations have always controlled their own stack, because they had the leverage to insist on it. Everyone else rents. What changed is that capable models now run on hardware that fits under a desk, which puts ownership within reach of a four-person office, a clinic, or a ministry. Where power, connectivity and data sovereignty are real constraints rather than talking points, that shift decides where the workloads actually land.

As Co-Chair (Founding) of the American Business Council Gabon, Jacques works the commercial ground between U.S. companies and Gabonese institutions. In Texas he serves on the Texas Advisory Committee of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, a bipartisan group of more than 230 business, military, faith and civic leaders co-chaired by former HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and serves on executive advisory boards for the Festival of the Diaspora, Casa Innovation, Neptune Chain and Tartan Advisory Partners.

Born in Haiti, he founded Universal Learning Centre, a 501(c)(3) that has built three public libraries in the north of the country, in Pilate, Ferrier and Ouanaminthe, serving a region of more than 500,000 people.
