As part of the Global Chamber Argentina trade mission to the US, we're focusing on Arizona and Argentina, with discussions of Arizona’s economic and logistics ecosystem, including its growth as a regional platform for transportation, distribution, advanced manufacturing, and new production chains, as well as a strategic approach to the dynamics of the southern border, given its relevance to trade, the movement of goods, and logistics.

Our key visitor and speaker is Sergio Aladio, a leader who personally and through his organizations is a gateway to Santa Fe, Argentina logistics, workforce, agro-industrial, transportation, and infrastructure ecosystem. Santa Fe can become a partner for Arizona in a nearshoring and friendshoring strategy. Attendees from the State of Sante Fe will include 6 business leaders and journalists.

Gran Rosario is the world's leading agro-industrial export hub – surpassing New Orleans.

Sergio Aladio is a world-class leader, and he'll be providing a keynote address.

Dario Solis. Dario is a Panamanian-American graduate student at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he is pursuing a Master of Global Management with a concentration in Global Business Development and Innovation. Raised between Panama and the United States, his multicultural upbringing shaped his interest in international business, cross-cultural collaboration, and strengthening connections between Latin America and the United States.

Before joining Thunderbird, Dario earned a bachelor's degree in Sports Business and a certificate in Applied Business Data Analytics from Arizona State University. His early professional experience centered on the international sports industry, including work with Club Deportivo Universitario in Panama, VfL Bochum in Germany, and Arowana Sports in Madrid. These experiences exposed him to different areas of the global sports industry, from professional soccer and international programming to athlete representation and marketing. He also studied internationally in France, further developing his interest in working across cultures and markets. Dario speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

At Thunderbird, Dario serves as President of the LATAM Business Club and Graduate Chair of the Dean's Advisory Council. His interests have expanded from international sports into global business development and strategy, with a particular focus on Latin America and strengthening connections between the region and the United States. Through his leadership at Thunderbird, he is passionate about creating opportunities that connect students with businesses, alumni, and community organizations while strengthening Thunderbird's engagement with Latin America and the broader global community.

Dr. Emir Moore. Emir joined Thunderbird School of Global Management as Student Success team in August 2025 as a Student Engagement Manager. A native of Dayton, Ohio, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Toledo, followed by a PhD in Instructional Management and Leadership from Robert Morris University. Before joining Thunderbird, Emir worked at Clemson University in South Carolina, where he advanced initiatives focused on student engagement, development, and success. A servant and transformational leader in higher education, Emir is committed to building experiential, student-centered environments that empower global learners. His work is grounded in a deep passion for access, meaningful engagement, and lifelong learning.

Parking 

Parking is available at street meters all around the downtown campus. There are sometimes spots available, and those are at the regular rate of $2.50 for 2 hours. Also consider the parking garages nearby, which are $20 for the day. The AZ Republic Parking is adjacent to the building, though remember that you'll need to come around to the 1st Street side via Polk Street for the main entrance to Thunderbird.
