The initiative also encourages organizations to view diversity as a strength rather than a challenge in the workplace. Kassandra holds advanced degrees, including a Master of Education with a specialization in Teaching and Learning, and a Master of Arts in Spanish. With her M.Ed. and M.A., she brings both academic understanding and lived experience to her work. Her journey taught her that success isn't about fitting into one box, it's about bringing all your experiences to the table. Now, she guides others to do the same.
