ChiChi is a leadership advisor and champion for CEOs, educators, and business owners, dedicated to helping leaders achieve their boldest goals. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and more than 20 years of experience in project management, culture-building, and organizational development, she serves as a trusted thought partner—providing space, clarity, and perspective in a fast-moving world.

Her career includes pioneering internal coaching programs, redesigning performance management systems, and advancing inclusion and belonging initiatives across large organizations. She has served as the first Director of Organizational Development & Culture at a Fortune 500 utility, supported fair and inclusive succession planning, contributed to governance for Employee Resource Groups, and championed values-driven leadership programs. She is also an iPEC-trained coach and a board member of the International Coaching Federation San Antonio.

She brings this experience—and a deep belief in the power of strong, supported leaders—to help organizations grow by investing in the people who guide them. Leadership is easier, and far less lonely, when leaders recognize they don’t have to do it alone.
