What Information We Collect
We collect various types of information to provide and improve our services to you. This includes information you voluntarily provide during sign up, membership onboarding, data forms, event participation, or other interactions with Global Chamber. Examples include your name, email, phone number, organization, professional title, location, and areas of interest, among others.
How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used to manage your membership, tailor your experience, and communicate important updates regarding our events and initiatives. A key feature of our platform is to foster meaningful connections between members. To achieve this, we may share your name, organization, areas of interest, among others, with other members in a professional context. This data might also be part of “Globi”, our AI platform, to achieve better results for your membership experience.
Email addresses and phone numbers may be included in the Members Directory, which is accessible exclusively to active members. During the onboarding process, members may choose to keep this contact information private, and we fully honor those preferences.
Apart from the Members Directory, email addresses and phone numbers are never shared publicly or used within “Globi,” or any other technology with open member access.
How We Protect Your Information
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your data. Our systems are regularly updated to align with best practices in data protection and cybersecurity.
Use of Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, remember user preferences, and gather analytics to help us improve our services. You have the option to control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly as a result.
Information Sharing Practices
We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share limited information—specifically your name, organization, and professional focus—with other members to foster connections. In addition, we may work with third-party service providers who help us operate our website and deliver services. These providers are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data. In rare cases, we may also disclose information if required by law.

Our website may contain links to external sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these other websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any linked sites you visit.
Children’s Privacy
Global Chamber’s services are intended for professionals and are not designed for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have received information from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete it.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services to you, meeting legal obligations, and maintaining business records. If your membership ends, we may retain certain information for a reasonable period to comply with legal or administrative requirements.
Your Rights and Communication Preferences
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to restrict how it is used. We include an “Unsubscribe” link in all our promotional emails so that you can easily opt out of future communications.
If, for any reason, the unsubscribe feature does not work or your preferences are not updated automatically, please contact us directly at info@globalchamber.org and we will ensure your request is handled promptly.
