Horasis is convening the 2021 Global Meeting on June 8th. The virtual event is one of the foremost annual meetings for the world’s leading decision makers from business, government and civil society.
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, the event – which is permanently hosted by the Portuguese coastal City of Cascais – will be held as a virtual meeting this year. Hopefully it's back to Portugal in 2022. Let's go virtual in the meantime!
This year's theme is “Fostering Shared Humanity” will be discussed by more than 1000 selected world leaders (including several heads of governments and key ministers), gathering for an unparalleled experience sharing ideas to navigate our post-COVID future.
Delegates will debate how to be entrepreneurial and at the same time proactive in advancing sustainable development in the interest of the global public good. Speakers include founder/CEO Doug Bruhnke of Global Chamber®.

Analyzing COVID, some observers argue that pandemics could totally destroy globalization: while others state globalization is central to the healing of economies. How can we inspire a new deal on globalization to overcome the fragility of our economies when globalization halts and isolates them? How can we ensure the new globalization does not promote exploitation of the vulnerable?
