"Three weeks after starting the initiative which takes a few minutes every day I had an epiphany that my brain was starting to work more FOR me instead of AGAINST me, and progress, and success.
I stopped riding my bike in the greenbelt of Scottsdale and looked to the sky, then reached to call Malia Monaco, MA and Connie Kadansky, MCC for introducing me to Shirzad and PQ.
I'm a German-Polish-American from New York who is skeptical about just about anything, and the insights from PI/PQ washed over me like a flood through the desert and greenbelt. I was changed.
And in the coming days I fully understood the reality that my main saboteur is 'hyper-achiever', which undoubtedly my grandfather, my mentor had, too - likely causing his suicide at age 87.
This was my path, too - and so understanding that has likely saved my life, and I am grateful. Daily it has transformed the way I think, and listen and act... to be happier, more successful.
