For the first time in its illustrious history, the WKBC will be held outside of Korea, marking its significant milestone in the realm of international business relations. This year's theme, "Korea-USA Business Alliance, Stronger Together," resonates deeply with the historical context of 2023 between two countries, which commemorates the 70th anniversary of the ROK (Republic of Korea) – United States Mutual Defense Treaty and the 120th anniversary of the arrival of Korean immigrants in Hawaii.
The WKBC has consistently proven itself as a powerhouse for generating global economic opportunities over its two-decade span. With an impressive track record of hosting over 60,466 participants and generating an astounding 5,164.3 billion KRW (approximately 4.35 billion USD) in business value, and KRW 453.1 billion (approximately 383 million USD) in production ripple effect, the convention has become a beacon of growth and opportunity for cross border trade and business between Korea and the world. This year's event is expected to gather 3,000 business representatives, including 1,000 from S.
