Theme: Connecting Companies into the Global Supply Chain via Phoenix

Published Thursday, February 12, 2026

Phoenix, Arizona – February 18–19, 2026 – Global Chamber® will host the 5th Annual Global Chamber® Semiconductor Summit on February 18–19, 2026 at the Global Forum at Thunderbird School of Global Management in downtown Phoenix.

The in-person and virtual “hybrid” event will bring executives, policymakers, investors, professionals and business leaders from across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the world to explore this year’s theme: “Connecting into the Global Semiconductor Supply Chain.”

Senator Mark Kelly and Mayor Kate Gallego are actively encouraging businesses to take advantage of growth in the Semiconductor Industry that now finds a global hub in Phoenix, site of the largest foreign direct investment in United States history by TSMC.

Global icon and TSMC board director Stan Shih has presented at Global Chamber® on the opportunities, and so in this session we’ll focus with the guidance of Senator Kelly and Mayor Gallego on educating and connecting leaders to deals, investment, technology and talent.

“Historic foreign direct investment for semiconductor development and production is leading to unprecedented opportunities,” said Doug Bruhnke, Founder and CEO of Global Chamber®. “Our summit connects leaders across borders to grow business, expand trade and create jobs.”

A Global Program with Built-In Connection

The 4 hour program features two main content sessions with structured in-person networking opportunities before, between and afterward… with international students from Arizona State University supporting the global connecting process.

Attendees will also receive a tailored 10-page global semiconductor industry report prior to the event to enhance preparation and engagement during the event.

Opening remarks and special messages include:

  • Senator Mark Kelly
  • Mayor Kate Gallego

The event will be held at Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State University, consistently rated top schools for international trade and innovation. We’ll cover Intel and TSMC ecosystems that have key nodes in Phoenix, along with the global perspectives.

Perspectives will be shared from leaders in Taiwan, Mexico, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and additional semiconductor markets across Asia, Europe, and North America. The Japanese Consulate of Los Angeles continues to be a supporter of the annual program, and there are 15 other organizations that now support the global initiative led by Global Chamber®.

The program will explore:

  • Regional and global semiconductor supply chain developments
  • USMCA and trade policy updates and policy issues
  • Foreign direct investment and global market expansion
  • Semiconductor manufacturing growth in Arizona
  • Talent development and international partnerships
  • National security, export controls, and compliance
