Hermosillo Advisory Board
Global Chamber is a global community of entrepreneurs, innovators, and thought leaders united by a passion for international business success in Hermosillo. Our Advisory Board is composed of leaders from top companies, institutions, and influential organizations within the region.
These leaders provide strategic input and guidance on the content and development of programs, events, and services designed to deliver value to chamber members and to strengthen Hermosillo’s role in the global economy.
The following leaders serve on the Board of Advisors to support Global Chamber Hermosillo in our mission to grow business in Hermosillo, across Mexico, and around the world.
Christian I. Aguirre – Executive Director
Christian Aguirre is an experienced consultant and entrepreneurial ecosystem leader based in Hermosillo, Mexico. He has directed both public and private business incubators and brings 18+ years of consulting and coaching experience supporting small and medium-sized enterprises from start-up through growth and expansion.
Over a six-year period, Christian helped launch 120+ businesses in Mexico and has presented at entrepreneurship conferences internationally.
Today, he is also active in cross-border commercial initiatives, working on international trade and growth projects that connect Mexican operations with partners and markets abroad. He is a partner and Director of Operations in Mexico for True Salt, and leads Zollipops México, the Mexico distribution and growth effort for a better-for-you, sugar-free candy brand.

As Executive Director of Global Chamber Hermosillo, Christian focuses on building trusted international relationships and creating practical pathways for companies to expand through strategic introductions, partnerships, and business-driven events.
Christian Aguirre es consultor y líder del ecosistema emprendedor en Hermosillo, Sonora. Ha dirigido incubadoras de negocios tanto en el sector público como privado, y cuenta con más de 18 años de experiencia asesorando y acompañando a pequeñas y medianas empresas desde el inicio hasta el crecimiento y expansión.
Durante un periodo de seis años, participó en el lanzamiento exitoso de más de 120 negocios en México y ha sido expositor en conferencias de emprendimiento a nivel internacional.
Actualmente también participa en iniciativas comerciales binacionales, desarrollando proyectos de comercio internacional y crecimiento que conectan operaciones en México con aliados y mercados en el extranjero. Es socio y Director de Operaciones en México de True Salt, y lidera Zollipops México, el esfuerzo de distribución y crecimiento en México de una marca de dulces sin azúcar y better-for-you.
