Ms. Shivaarti Bajaj
Ms. Shivaarti Bajaj is a leading female lawyer and an entrepreneur in India. She is the Founding Managing Partner for RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm, and was awarded the BW Legal Powerlist 40 under 40 in 2022.
Shivaarti advises extensively on brand strategies and transactional intellectual property (IP), IP enforcement, Cyber laws, along with corporate and commercial IP and Data privacy and Emerging Technologies.
