Bowei (William) Zhu - Executive Director
William is a results-driven leader based in Shanghai with international experience across product management, operations, and business development. He has a proven ability to lead end-to-end initiatives, translate customer and stakeholder needs into executable solutions, and drive delivery through cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
William has created a strong network of entrepreneur leaders in Shanghai and across China through is own work and via previous leadership roles including with Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he worked with Dr. Sanjeev Khagram, the board chair for Global Chamber. He has a strong background in supplier and partner management, project execution, and commercialization, with a track record of scaling programs, building strategic relationships, and delivering measurable business impact. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with experience operating across global markets.
Fuhua 'Roger' Ni - Global Advisor
Fuhua 'Roger' Ni is a distinguished lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator based in Shanghai with extensive experience in international dispute resolution and commercial law. He is the Founding and Managing Partner of Shanghai Zhenchen Law Firm and holds a Master of Laws from both Emory University School of Law and East China Normal University.
Beyond his legal practice, Roger is an entrepreneur with diverse business interests, including football agency and scouting training, golf tournaments, representation of Western artists in China, the space industry, and the environmental sector. He also serves as General Counsel of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, supporting China-Thailand business relations, and is an Independent Director at PPS International (Holdings) Ltd., a Hong Kong-listed company.
Recognized as a 2024 LexisNexis Greater China "40 Legal Elites Under 40," Roger is actively involved in international arbitration and mediation, serving as an arbitrator at institutions such as the LCIA, Maldives International Arbitration Center, and Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA). He is a Fellow of CIArb, Prime Dispute, and AMINZ and contributes to legal education and research as a visiting scholar at UNIDROIT in 2025.
His broad network includes affiliations with the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law (WCEL), Society of Satellite Professionals International, and California Arbitration (CalArb). Additionally, he is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Court, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Singapore International Commercial Court.
