Donna Smiley, Executive Director

Donna Smiley is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with 10 years of experience representing tenants, buyers, and investors across Retail, Land, Industrial, Hospitality and Office asset types. She is the Founder & CEO of Titan Real Estate Group and specializes in assisting international companies with U.S. market entry, government alignment, and site selection throughout Georgia and Florida. She has worked with global executives, economic development organizations, and institutional stakeholders to support foreign direct investment and large-scale expansion into the Southeast United States.

Necole F. Turner - Advisory Board Deputy Director

Necole F. Turner is the founder of Innovative Butterfly, LLC., a company that aids individuals in bringing their dream of owning a small business to fruition. In addition, she is the Creator of the Podcast "The Beautiful Butterfly Project" that focuses on business owners who are intentional about the passionate pursuit of their purpose.

Necole F. Turner has over 15 years experience in the educational area of Legal Studies. Further experience includes work in the area of Legal Research and Writing and as a Paralegal in the metro Atlanta area. She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the area of Legal Studies at Kennesaw State University.

Most recently she is the co-founder of the Floyd Turner Foundation, Inc which focuses on food insecurity among college students, providing small college scholarships and educating college students on the importance of saving early for retirement in communities of underrepresented and underserved minority students.

Leroy Carson, Jr. - Global Advisor

Leroy Carson, Jr. is a senior executive and leader with more than 25 years of experience working for industry giants in hospitality, technology, franchising and services. He is also the principal of EC. Roberts, LLC. This firm hosts all of Leroy’s entrepreneurial efforts as well as serves as a global business and economic development incubator supporting a diverse group of entrepreneurs and enterprises. His passion is to help other business leaders build stronger more sustainable organizations. His own entrepreneurial efforts has resulted in founding multiple organizations to include: Boxed Business, Inc. that discreetly supported small businesses whom desired growth through replicated business modeling such as franchising and licensing. He also developed a nonprofit called Success Looks Like Me, Inc. that enables disadvantaged youth to meet their potential. He is a principal in a global consortium called the Global Development Resource Center. This effort gathers resources for international economic development projects for a select membership base. This consortium includes firms/companies in both the US and internationally with expertise and significant experience in: Real Estate Development, A.E.C. (Architecture, Engineering and Construction), financing and investment as well as Manufacturing.

Leroy also has business interest in jazz and does allot of work with independent jazz artists. He is currently working with a development group to source and build a unique first for that global community in Atlanta.
