Global Chamber® Dallas Forth-Worth is part of a thriving and collaborating community of CEO's, executives, and professionals in 525 metropolitan areas around the world taking on global business. We leverage technology and our own professional network to help companies succeed faster and more profitably across borders. We work collaboratively with local government agencies and organizations who also focus on helping DFW businesses to "go global" more successfully.

Stefanie Austin, Executive Director
Global Chamber® Dallas Fort Worth Executive Director is Stefanie Austin, a native of the Bronx New York, who has found Texas as her home. She is a seasoned healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and best-selling Amazon author and serves her church in support ministry. As a chamber member, she was selected to lead Austin's metro to help CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business professionals grow their brands and increase sales, and she then transferred to the Global Chamber Dallas Fort Worth chapter.
Stefanie Austin is the founder of Austin Global Solutions, a company with over 20+ years of business operation experience. Our rich history is built on a foundation of expertise in business development, process improvement, project management, healthcare management, partnership collaboration, team building, and employee engagement. Austin Global Solutions tackle your back-office mess while you focus on success! Stefanie is well-equipped for success. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of LaVerne and her MBA with a minor concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work she loves music, cooking, visits to the ocean, and is highly active in her church as a Servant Leader over life group and several other ministries. Stefanie has a passion for mentorship and currently works with three young women supporting them in education and career planning. Stefanie has always had a passion for seniors and the unhoused neighbors.

Anthony Piccolo, Board Chair
Anthony Piccolo is the CEO and Founder of Performance Scoring, where he drives organizational engagement and performance through AI-powered meeting management, real-time feedback, and performance analytics. With a diverse marketing background, including his role as Chief Marketing Officer at FleetServe, Anthony has strengthened market presence across multiple industries.
Committed to mentorship and community service, Anthony leads a community group and a men's bible study at his church and has served in various children's ministries. This dedication extends to his professional life, where he focuses on meeting people where they are and fostering open dialogue for improvement.
At Performance Scoring, Anthony's mission is to align individuals with their organizations by enhancing connectedness, promoting open communication, and leveraging advanced technology to achieve optimal outcomes.
Anthony's strategic partnerships, including those with organizations like Etho, highlight his ability to build meaningful alliances that drive innovation and growth. His commitment to excellence and global connectivity supports the Global Chamber's mission of fostering international trade and investment.
Nelson Olavarrieta, Global Advisor
Nelson Olavarrieta is dedicated to help members of Global Chamber be successful in their cross metro and cross border growth. He advises international companies on how to enter the American market. He has successfully helped companies from Spain and Mexico to expand to the U.S. He also advises on cross-border transactions.
As being a former General Director of Bid Protests at the federal government of Mexico and a diplomat between the Interior Ministry in Mexico and the Department of Homeland Security in the U.S., he brings vital expertise to international and government services.
Nelson also has founded and successfully sold CelebratePlus.com, an innovative group funding platform to manage events online and raise money to support activities. He co-owns the local chapter of a national franchise in the construction sector.
Nelson also serves as Vice-president of the Board of Directors of Refugee Services of Texas, the largest organization in the state that welcomes refugees, asylees, survivors of trafficking, and other displaced peoples, and supports them in integrating and thriving in their new communities.
