Yuka Nakasone, Executive Director
Global Chamber® Madrid
Born and raised in Japan, Yuka started her globalization career in Boston, MA, USA in the mid-90s. With over 25 years of experience in the field, she helps SMBs to optimize their global operations and grow internationally with digitization and localization through her consultancy company, Global Bridge in Barcelona, Spain, where she enjoys a multicultural and multilanguage life with her own small Franco-Japanese family. She is known to be innovation savvy in the globalization industry with knowledge about the development of new technologies and techniques. She has recently started to teach digital transformation and globalization at La Salle, a graduate school for architecture and engineering of Ramon Llull University in Barcelona.

Didier Lagae - Advisory Board Chair

Didier Lagae is the Founder and CEO of MARCO, a leading independent agency with 17 offices on 4 continents. Before starting MARCO now 20 years ago he held senior management position at Edelman and Weber Shandwick. He was also Global Head of Communications for The Body Shop and Head of External Communications EMEA for Levi's. Didier started his career in advertising and PR agencies and worked as a journalist. He is a recognized as Editor of Ejecutivos, Climate Leader, author of the book ‘A Country Brand, a Branded Country’, European and Global Communication Professional of the Year and Silver Star (Davos).

Jihane Kettani
Jihane Kettani is the President of the KENZ Foundation and co-owner of MARCO, one of the most awarded PR agencies globally, known for building reputations and delivering results. As an Executive Board member, she oversees Finance and HR for a team of 140+ across 10 offices in 4 continents, supported by a network of over 3,000 consultants. Jihane also leads business development in French-speaking territories, including France, Morocco, and French-speaking Africa.
