Philip Seifert, Executive Director

Philip Seifert is a real estate entrepreneur whose experience spans custom manufacturing, brokerage, and international property investment, complemented by an academic background in history, diplomacy, and sustainable peace.

He studied History at the Université du Luxembourg, with study periods in Prague and Yerevan, graduating in 2012. He later earned a Master’s degree in Sustainable Peace, with a focus on diplomacy, from the United Nations University for Peace in Costa Rica.

Philip began his professional career in 2012 with Armadi Closets, where he managed client relationships for a custom furniture manufacturer. In 2016, he transitioned into real estate in Miami, Florida, working with eXp Realty, where he built his practice advising buyers and investors.

In 2024, he founded World Key International Realty, a Florida-based brokerage serving investors entering the UAE real estate market. Today, he works with international clients navigating cross-border property investments, bringing a global perspective shaped by his experience across different markets and his academic interest in how people, institutions, and markets connect across borders.
