Agata Smolarek is a lawyer with a humanitarian mission, combining legal expertise, business insight, and a commitment to ethical and sustainable development. She collaborates globally with lawyers, businesses, and scientists, and partners with companies in Dubai and entrepreneurs across the EU, UK, US, Asia, and Africa.

Expertise includes Business, Commercial, Company, and Environmental Law; Intellectual Property and IT Law (including Blockchain); Human Rights Advocacy; Global Business Consulting; and Project Funding and Innovation. She advises businesses and investors on compliance with emerging legal frameworks, especially in blockchain technology.

Agata holds several international and humanitarian roles, including Business Partner at the British Legal Centre, Royal Peace Ambassador under the African Kingdom of Numi, TOP Person Ambassador, and Pro Human Project Global Future Goodwill Ambassador. She is also active in Rotary Club of Global Impact, FOWCAAS, and INSPAD.

Through Global Business & Law Ltd., she provides FLAT (Finance, Law, Accounting, and Tax) consulting, investment guidance, and business setup support in Poland and Dubai. She co-manages Da Vinci Art Caffe & Business Club, a cultural and business networking hub.

Passionate about art, culture, music, and education, Agata promotes creative communities and inclusive learning. She enjoys nature, animals, and connecting with people worldwide, and is dedicated to empowering others, supporting ethical businesses, and advancing sustainable development.
