Global Advisors at Global Chamber® Tokyo

Kaoru Nishinakagawa - Founder and Principal Consultant at NEOLEAP

Kaoru is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across semiconductor trading, digital innovation, and corporate strategy. She began her career in Japan, where she played an integral role in introducing cutting-edge technologies from the US and Europe to industry leaders such as Panasonic, Sony, and Hitachi. Not only did she facilitate crucial deals, but she also adeptly bridged cultural differences between nations.

Transitioning to the digital realm, Kaoru joined Getty Images in Japan and Australia, where she served as a key liaison between the global headquarters and local markets—customizing products to meet regional needs. After earning her MBA from the Australia Graduate School of Management in Sydney, she delved into the innovation sector, supporting corporate initiatives through venture building, intrapreneurship programs, and human-centered design training.

Driven by a passion for solving complex challenges through collaboration, Kaoru co-founded Innovation Dojo, an initiative designed to accelerate innovation between Japan and Australia through incubation and acceleration programs. She has also taken on several advisory roles, including serving as a startup advisor for JETRO and as Chief Advisor for the Australia-Japan Innovation Fund.

Kaoru founded Neoleap and is dedicated to building authentic business networks and leveraging global talent to drive sustainable, impactful change.
