Catalina Tovar is a professional in Finance and International Trade, specialized in Logistics Management, and the Founder & CEO of Logisti-Kaz SAS, a company established in 2008 and specialized in logistics risk management, port operations, cargo inspection, and logistics BPO services.
Throughout her career, Catalina has focused on strengthening logistics and port operations by promoting solutions aimed at efficiency, traceability, and strategic risk management. She is passionate about creating valuable business connections, driving innovation across the supply chain, and contributing to the growth of globally minded organizations.
Martha Rocio Herrera is a strategic leader with more than 25 years of experience in the business sector, including 15 years leading operational areas and a decade serving as Country Manager and Operations Manager in industrial and medical device companies.
Her experience includes launching companies in the Colombian market and expanding them across Latin America, as well as strategic planning, implementation, process optimization, digital transformation, and comprehensive company management — from strategy to operations — driving growth, sustainability, people development, relationship building, and customer satisfaction.
She also spent a period working as a consultant in international logistics, international trade, processes, and operations on major projects for leading companies in Latin America and around the world. This journey allowed her to develop methodologies that combine strategy with process optimization across all business areas and digital transformation, driving successful operations in Colombia and their expansion throughout Latin America.
Through her career, Martha has developed an approach that integrates strategic vision, operational excellence, and digital transformation, enabling her to lead solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation across teams and different areas of the organization.
