Mona Cherkaoui is the Executive Director of the Global Chamber Central Florida, a graduate of International Relations, and a cross-cultural business strategist connecting Central Florida to global markets. She speaks several languages and has represented clients from over 130 nationalities, giving her a unique edge in navigating global business, investment, and leadership across cultures. She is also the Founder of Global Women of Impact and the Managing Broker of World Properties Group, where she advises international investors and organizations on market expansion and strategic growth.

Tamer Flores is a keynote speaker and fractional international growth executive with 25+ years of experience enabling companies to scale faster, better, and globally through strategy, systems, execution, and investor alignment. He has driven proven global revenue growth exceeding $50M annually across the U.S., LATAM, Europe, EMEA, Asia, and Australia.
As Founder & CEO of Bizdeglo and an Advisory Board Member of Global Chamber® Orlando, Tamer designs and executes full-cycle international expansion frameworks that reduce market-entry risk, accelerate time-to-revenue, and create repeatable growth systems. His work spans market entry, go-to-market execution, cross-border negotiations, and fractional C-level leadership, with over $600M negotiated in international contracts and $15M–$20M+ delivered in revenue growth.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, with business-level Portuguese.
