Global Chamber® Estonia’s Advisory Board and Global Advisors exist to turn Estonia’s and the Baltics’ global potential into practical, trusted pathways for cross-border business. They are not symbolic roles, but strategic co-architects who help shape our corridors, projects, and member opportunities in line with Global Chamber’s mission to make it as easy to do business across borders as across the street.
Our Advisory Board brings together respected entrepreneurs, ecosystem builders, investors, and policy shapers who understand both local reality and global markets. They stress-test our ideas, open doors to key institutions and partners, and ensure that what we do from Estonia | Baltics fits the wider Global Chamber® network while delivering measurable value at home.
Our Global Advisors are bridge-builders across global communities and sectors, extending the reach of the Executive Director and core team. They leverage their own trusted networks to create warm introductions, support corridor development - such as Africa–Baltics and beyond - and curate opportunities for members, investors, and institutional partners.
Together we transform our chapter from a local business network into global trade infrastructure, connecting Estonia and the Baltics into a living, people-powered system of corridors, relationships, and deals that benefit members, partners, and the wider Global Chamber® community.
South African–born and an Estonian e‑resident, she is permanently stationed at the seams between Africa and Europe, creativity and code, hustle and policy - working where stories, strategy, and technology overlap. She focuses on creating the conditions for the right people and the right opportunities to collide, especially founders who don’t usually get a front‑row seat, by turning visibility and trust into something you can actually trade on. For Zazi, entrepreneurship is the most practical kind of optimism, and she wants her footprint to be a trail of ecosystems and businesses that are fairer, more inclusive, and unapologetically ambitious.
Zazi operates at the intersection of innovation and inclusion, using video-first tools and global partnerships to help entrepreneurs and businesses navigate complexity, attract capital, and scale into new markets, with a mission that is consistent across roles: to merge human creativity with intelligent systems so that visibility becomes trust, trust becomes trade, and trade becomes lasting transformation for communities across continents.
In her distinct role as Executive Director of Global Chamber® Estonia | Baltics, Zazi focuses on corridor-based trade infrastructure, particularly the Africa–Baltics bridge, where she brings together SMEs, investors, diaspora leaders, and institutions to co-create structured pathways instead of one-off networking. She designs and delivers cross-border events and projects, collaboration workshops, digital transformation programmes, and SME empowerment initiatives - with a strong emphasis on women- and youth-led enterprises, marginalised businesses, and informal traders - blending policy-aware facilitation with practical market access.
Together, these roles position Zazi as a bridge between institutional ecosystems and digital infrastructure: Global Chamber® Estonia leads the activation of corridors, partnerships, and deal flow, while ONEZSM extends this mission by providing the video-first visibility and 'trust layer' that makes those trade and investment opportunities tangible and discoverable for enterprises across the chamber community.

Anthony (“Tony”) Moore is Chairman and Founder of Evrensel Impact Group, bringing over 55 years of experience in the global financial services industry. He has lived and worked in six countries across nine cities and conducted business in more than 30 others, holding senior roles at BNP, Goldman Sachs, and Barclays, among others. Currently based in Turkey, Tony leads initiatives in water, renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and natural resources, while also serving as Founder and Executive Chairman of Evrensel Capital Partners. A passionate advocate for sustainable and humanitarian investment, he leverages his extensive international network to help companies and governments achieve measurable impact, with a long-standing focus on Africa and global economic development.
