Chief Commercial Officer at Sarla Aviation
Payal Satish is a senior aviation and mobility strategist with over 20 years of experience across aviation, advanced air mobility, travel, hospitality, consulting, and trade & investment. Based in Bengaluru, she is recognized for building markets, driving revenue growth, and scaling new business models in India. She currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Sarla Aviation, leading end-to-end commercial strategy as the company introduces next-generation eVTOL aircraft and advanced air mobility solutions. Her role spans market entry, regulatory engagement, partnerships, and commercialization, translating deep-tech innovation into scalable businesses. Previously, Payal was Commercial Director at BLADE India, where she helped launch and expand urban and regional air mobility services. Her earlier leadership roles include AirAsia India, Hertz India, and Marriott International, alongside experience with KPMG and UK Trade & Investment. She holds an MBA from LIBA, Chennai, and is a Certified Aircraft Sales Broker, bringing strong commercial and strategic expertise to aviation and mobility.
