Silviya Topchiyska is a multilingual entrepreneur, international business strategist, and operations professional whose career spans global trade compliance, wine tourism, luxury hospitality, travel technology, and AI-powered business development across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Born in Bulgaria and educated at Brigham Young University-Idaho and the International Business School in Sofia — with additional studies at Copenhagen Business School — Silviya brings a rare academic foundation in international studies and business finance that has shaped a career defined by its global reach and entrepreneurial drive. She speaks five languages fluently, including Bulgarian, English, and Greek, and conducts business across cultural and geographic boundaries with ease. As founder of Topchiyska Enterprises LLC, Silviya has launched two active tech ventures: NoWaitInLine (nowaitinline.app), an airport food pre-order app designed to eliminate wait times for travelers, and The508IslandConcierge (the508islandconcierge.com), a premium digital concierge platform offering real-time ferry schedules, local insider recommendations, and 24/7 personalized support for visitors to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Both products were built end-to-end from concept to launch, reflecting her ability to identify market gaps and deliver scalable, tech-integrated solutions. Her international business credentials are equally impressive. Silviya single-handedly resolved a nine-year customs compliance backlog for a global electronics manufacturer, saving the company over $47 million in potential penalties — building all systems and frameworks from scratch as a one-person department. She has negotiated international vendor contracts, managed cross-border procurement, and advised startups and trade organizations across the U.S., EU, and MENA, including at the U.S.–Saudi Arabia Trade Mission in Detroit. A passionate advocate for the intersection of wine, travel, and culture, Silviya guided wine tours across Bulgaria for international visitors, staffed and was invited back as a media partner to the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival, and co-authored a wine tourism research publication with De Gruyter — one of Europe's most prestigious academic publishers — released in 2025. She is also a contributor to Wine Tourism Magazine. Currently based in the Detroit Metro Area, Silviya is focused on growing her ventures internationally and pursuing leadership opportunities in operations, travel, and global business development.
