Katie Keith - Board Chair
Founder of Katie Keith Collective
Katie Keith is a Business Growth & Change Strategist, Executive Coach known for helping leaders and organisations expand across borders, build strategic influence, and lead with impact on the world stage. Originally from Australia and now based in the UK, Katie brings a distinctly global perspective to her work shaped by over 25 years of experience across corporate leadership, international business development, and transformational change.
As the Founder of KK Collective, Katie leads a global leadership platform dedicated to empowering senior women in business. Through Rebel Circles (curated peer groups), 1:1 coaching, and emotional intelligence development using the CCR3 Discovery Tool, she helps leaders break through internal barriers, scale their influence, and build legacy-driven success.
Katie’s work bridges continents, industries, and leadership styles supporting founders, executives, and organisations across the UK, Europe, the US, and Australasia. She holds an MSc in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and brings deep expertise in leadership transformation, emotional intelligence, and systemic thinking.
At Global Chamber London, Katie is the immediate past Executive Director, and now on the chapter advisory board, she fosters international collaboration by connecting decision-makers, innovators, and changemakers, accelerating cross-border trade, investment, and growth.Her mission is clear: to reimagine leadership for a fast-changing world. Zeynab Al-Khero - Executive Director
Founder of ZALK Consulting
Zeynab Al-Khero is the Executive Director of Global Chamber London, leading initiatives to foster international trade, foreign direct investment, and cross-border collaboration. She is the first Arab woman to lead a Global Chamber city chapter, reflecting her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in global business leadership.
Zeynab founded ZALK Consulting, advising organizations across the UK and GCC on market entry, growth strategy, and sustainable expansion. She connects business leaders, investors, and policymakers to create opportunities that drive growth and innovation.
A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Zeynab has collaborated with the UK Houses of Parliament and contributed to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Women in Work, developing programs that empower women to thrive professionally while maintaining authenticity and influence. She advises organizations on creating inclusive work environments and advancing gender equity in leadership roles.
As Executive Director, Zeynab positions Global Chamber London as a platform where diverse voices can collaborate to drive meaningful change, strengthen economic ties between the UK, GCC countries, and other global markets, and facilitate opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors. Her leadership emphasizes strategic vision, operational excellence, and authentic empowerment, inspiring leaders to expand their influence while contributing to a more connected and equitable global economy.

Hande Ocak Basev
Managing Partner at WSI Digital Marketing Services
Hande Ocak Başev is a seasoned expert in AI-driven business strategies, management consulting, and digital transformation, with 25 years of experience. She has successfully managed more than 350 strategic, operational, and technological transformation projects and led over 50 business development initiatives. As a board member, she has provided strategic consultancy to various organizations, enabling them to achieve sustainable growth and strengthen their future trajectories.
Hande is the Managing Partner of WSI's London and Istanbul offices, leading global digital marketing and AI strategies for a network operating in 750 locations across 82 countries. Hande is an active member of WSI’s Global AI Leadership Board, where she advises on the strategic use of AI in business.
She is a Forbes Türkiye contributor, regularly sharing insights on AI trends, governance, and business applications. Beyond Forbes, she contributes thought leadership to various global publications and platforms.
Hande collaborates with Oxford University, co-developing the AI Leadership Readiness Index, an AI Use Case Factory, and a Business AI Strategy curriculum.
Jenny Lau
Head of Arbitration, iLaw
Jenny assists and advises clients on high value commercial disputes and has extensive experience in international arbitration and High Court litigation. She trained and practised at a City law firm, where she became a Director, before joining a commercial boutique firm, iLaw, in 2020 to lead their arbitration practice. Jenny has experience across a broad range of sectors and has dealt with a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including banking and finance issues, shareholder and joint venture disputes, contractual issues, commercial fraud, insolvency, and professional negligence matters. Jenny has also had the opportunity to see things on the other side of the fence, having enjoyed two secondments to technology clients, most recently, providing short term cover for the Legal Counsel of the international business of a global medical devices company.
Patricia Kenneth-Divine
Director - International Centre for Protocol and Diplomacy (ICPD)
With over 15 years experience on International trade advisory & business development, Patricia Kenneth-Divine has worked extensively with several foreign and local SMEs, mid–sized and global corporate UK & overseas businesses, fund aided projects, Government Departments etc. With extensive Industry knowledge of the business environment within emerging economies, with her expertise has applied practical business methodologies that has transformed global opportunities for change and success in Business. She is also very passionate about Increasing and promoting partnerships and Investments into Africa and had led on the implementation processes for high value opportunities within the UK and Africa/Sub-Saharan Africa, with a diverse approach to the engagements with Public, Private sector and Government Department.
Her previous engagements at the Department of International Trade and as an International Trade Adviser for the Energy & Sustainability sectors in West-Africa has also accelerated her performances in promoting and developing new strategic business methodologies. Even within the disruptive environment, she is still being able to influence and develop dynamic approach to maximize multi sector opportunities through research, high level advisory, partnerships, project management, policy dynamics etc to increase export performance and turn around global opportunities. She has dynamic expertise and interest for Africa/ Sub-Saharan Africa. Providing expertise for emerging economies through a potential Business Growth Network aimed at powering opportunities through partnerships. Her passion for Business Improvement and continuous process improvement has led her to demonstrate her success stories within the Business Community.
She has been instrumental in the successes of potential and dynamic projects across Africa from Energy, Oil and gas, Renewable, Agriculture, Infrastructure etc She is also promoting trade and investments opportunities with the African Continental Free Trade Agreement AcFTA within the United Kingdom. She is also a Champion for Diversity and inclusion, promoting a transformation and Innovation agenda through ethnic and minority business engagements. She has also been driving a global, strategic initiative in protocol and diplomacy. Currently the Principal Consultant for Synergy Systems Consults (UK) Limited and Director of the International Centre for Protocol and Diplomacy where she is leading on strategic engagements to promote Protocol and diplomacy globally. Initiating the World Protocol Matter campaign working with great brands, Professional bodies and Institutions.
Paul Leslie Vousden
