Todd Cornell - Executive Director
Todd Cornell is Executive Director for Global Chamber® Northern Colorado... a chapter including cities and townships in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. In addition Todd is the Managing Director/founder of Cultur668, a consulting firm that helps US businesses maneuver China with strategies that work within Chinese culture.
Originally from Fort Collins, CO, Todd lived in Chinese speaking regions for over 20 years and is committed to helping Colorado and US companies experience more success in China. He has lived in 5 states and 3 Chinese regions (Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), and traveled to over 30 countries.

Dr. Ajay Jha
Founder and CEO at Youth Lab and InnoP
Dr. Ajay Jha is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Youth Lab and InnoP global Co-Working and incubator. Ajay has over 20 years of global experience as a serial entrepreneur, CSU faculty member, and mentor for small businesses around the world. He holds a PhD in Biotechnology and an MBA from Colorado State University. Ajay's wealth of experience also includes working in India, Israel, and the U.S in food, water, energy and technology verticals. He has also mentored teams of innovative entrepreneurial ventures. Ajay is now committed to bring his experience and passion for STEM entrepreneurship to the next generation, and to assist them in building new business and ventures through InnoP Incubation and Acceleration program.
Allison Yeager
CEO of Bridge Intercultural Consulting
Allison is an intercultural consultant, content marketer, writer, educator, and entrepreneur. Her diverse background has allowed her to advise multinational organizations on optimizing their international and American marketing, business, and communication efforts to help them succeed in the American market. Allison received training by both the US Air Force and US Navy in leadership, management, public speaking, and strategy while going through ROTC as a civilian - skills which she has adapted to the business world with great success. She has a master’s degree in American history from the University of Cincinnati and degrees in naval science, aerospace studies, and American history from Miami University.
Janet Gibbs
President and CEO at Mission Accomplished
Janet Gibbs is a Senior Executive with extensive experience working with Boards of Directors. She combines her strong leadership skills, financial foundation, extensive business operations expertise and strategic thinking with a track record of fixing broken processes and enhancing fiscal and operational transparency. Having had C-suite responsibilities for a $1.9B organization, and the leadership of over 200 chief financial officers across the country, Janet is recognized for her skills in creative solutions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. During Janet’s career, she has provided Board leadership on many local and regional boards as President, member, and chair of numerous committees including finance, branding, fund development, CEO search and audit. She previously served as Associate Executive Director and CFO of the America Bar Association, Senior Vice President for Finance and CFO for Loyola University Chicago, Vice President Business & Finance and Treasurer at Wright State University, and Controller of The Ohio State University. In addition to her current role as Chair of the Finance Committee and member of the Executive Committee of America’s Charities, she also served as President of Asian Human Services (AHS) and Board member of Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana (GSGCWI), among others. In 2013, Janet stepped down as CFO and Board Treasurer from Feeding America to move with her husband to Colorado, and later started independent consulting to mission-driven organizations, providing C-level advisory services, with an emphasis on improving financial performance, leadership development, organizational redesign, and Board development and governance. She continues to serve on the Board of America’s Charities, and enjoys international travel, including China, Hong Kong, Russia, Czech Republic, Tanzania, Madagascar, Peru, Croatia, Hungary, England, France, Switzerland, and Italy. Gibbs maintains her Certified Public Accountant designation (non-practicing) and received her MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her BBA from the University of Cincinnati.
Jeff Engell

For more than a decade, Jeff has worked to bring science based innovation from lab to market. Through that journey, he has had the opportunity to work with national science & technology foundations, research universities, private companies, Embassies, foreign ministries, incubators, and venture funds in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. During that time, Jeff has had the privilege to have lived in Sweden, China and Turkey and has been able to visit and work in over 35 distinct and varied countries around the globe.
Ken Rayment
CEO at Better Process, LLC
Ken is the founder and CEO of Better Process, LLC an operations engineering consulting firm and co-founder and Secretary of Action Works an educational non-profit. Ken has worked professionally in manufacturing for over 25 years. The latest position prior to Better Process was Senior Engineering Manager for Woodward, INC. Experience in medical, industrial, high tech and aerospace positions in US, Germany, Scotland, Singapore, South Korea and China have given a broad manufacturing experience. The focus for Action Works has been on STEM education through hands on opportunities for school age students from grade 3 – University. Action Works is responsible for bringing the VEX Robotics Competition to Colorado in 2008 and have run State Championship ever since.
