Rabia Omar Hassan is a trailblazing legal and financial strategist whose career embodies excellence, influence, and global impact. With decades of leadership spanning corporate law, arbitration, Restructuring, Business succession Planning, Mergers/acquisitions, asset management, and international banking, she stands as one of the most dynamic voices shaping business and governance in the Middle East and beyond.

Currently serving as the Executive Director of The Global Chambers US for Pakistan, Rabia plays a critical role in expanding  international trade, investments, and development partnerships. Her legal acumen as a Partner at Spencer West LLP (Pakistan & UAE) has positioned her at the forefront of corporate advisory, arbitration, and cross-border transactions, where she has guided organizations through complex mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transitions.

Her leadership journey includes senior roles at HBL Asset Management, HBL Bank Ltd, and MCB Bank Ltd, where she managed large-scale portfolios, spearheaded Islamic banking innovations, and consistently exceeded growth targets. Earlier in her career, she collaborated with the World Bank, lending her expertise in financial analysis and development initiatives.

Academically distinguished, Rabia holds dual Master’s degrees in International Law and Economics, with specialized research at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. She is also certified in International Arbitration, Islamic Finance, and Capital Markets from IICRA UAE, reflecting her mastery of both legal and financial domains.

Recognized for her strategic foresight, cross-cultural leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Rabia Omar Hassan is more than a professional powerhouse—she is a bridge-builder between nations, industries, and communities. Marine Engineer | Corporate Governance & Forensic Audit Specialist | Academic Advisor | Strategic Growth & BMS Expert

Aamir Ahsan Khan is a distinguished Marine Engineer, Corporate Governance Specialist, and Academic Advisor with over 40 years of multifaceted experience in engineering, energy, infrastructure, education, and financial audit across Pakistan and internationally. Evolving from a Marine Chief Engineer to senior board and advisory roles, Aamir blends deep technical proficiency with expertise in governance, risk management, forensic auditing, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Throughout his career, Aamir has led modernization and restructuring initiatives in petrochemical, power, and cement sectors—integrating advanced technologies, optimizing energy systems, and establishing governance frameworks that drive operational transparency and financial sustainability. His leadership has consistently delivered multimillion-rupee recoveries and efficiency improvements while strengthening institutional accountability.

As an Academic Advisor, he provides strategic guidance to educational institutions through Academic Window LLC (USA), focusing on preventive counseling, policy development, and youth empowerment programs. His professional affiliations include key leadership positions at Redux Forensic Accountants (UK), Wrackler Pvt. Ltd., First Dawood Properties Limited, and Enormity Group (Bahrain).

Aamir is deeply engaged in high-profile international networks, collaborating on diversified, sustainable projects that promote clean energy, educational reform, and corporate ethics. His ability to bridge engineering expertise with strategic leadership and cross-cultural collaboration has positioned him as a trusted advisor in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

He holds a 1st Class Marine Certificate of Competency (UK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud Detection (PIM, Pakistan). Aamir is affiliated with the Institute of Marine Engineers (UK), NFPA, and the International Gas Turbine Institute. Recognized in Who’s Who (1999) and appointed Ambassador for Pakistan by the International Human Rights Commission (2011), he continues to advance governance, sustainability, and education with a global perspective.

Abid Ajmal

Senior Banking & Risk Management Professional

Mr. Abid Ajmal is a seasoned expert in Credit and Risk Management, bringing over 45 years of distinguished leadership experience in both Commercial and Islamic Banking. He has held senior executive positions at leading financial institutions, including United Bank Limited, Bank Alfalah Limited, AlBaraka Bank Pakistan, and Bank Makramah Limited. His core competencies include Credit Risk, Project Finance, International Trade Finance, Regulatory Compliance, and Product Development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ajmal has successfully led the design and implementation of comprehensive credit and risk management frameworks, significantly strengthening institutional governance, regulatory alignment, and operational resilience. He has also played a key role in formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote credit discipline and enhance risk oversight across banking operations.

He has actively contributed to several high-level strategic and operational committees, including Credit, ALCO, HR, Compliance, IT Steering, and Special Assets Management (SAM). Previously, he served as Secretary and Member of the Islamic Banking Committee of the Pakistan Banks Association (PBA), where he supported the industry's transition toward Shariah-compliant banking models.

Currently, Mr. Ajmal is associated as a Consultant with the M.I.A. Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Centre (M.I.A.-AMCC), where he advises on financial disputes, governance frameworks, and regulatory matters.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Diplomaed Associate (DAIBP), and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Bankers Pakistan. He is also a Certified Director, accredited by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).

Aijaz Sheikh

Managing Partner at Compass Consulting

Aijaz Sheikh is a Chemical Engineer and has over 25 years’ experience in supply chain and operations management. He worked in Unilever at a senior management level for over 20 years, prior to establishing Compass Consulting in 2011. Aijaz has built strong credentials in Foods/Home & Personal Care categories across various functions: Manufacturing, Strategy Deployment, Project Management, New Product Development, Quality & Safety Systems, Training and HR capability building. He is an experienced trainer and program leader, with a proven ability to manage and drive change towards positive business benefits.
