William O. Min - Global Advisor

William Min is an aerospace and defense procurement professional specializing in strategic sourcing, aerospace and defense logistics, and international trade. As part of ConvAirT Group, he facilitates the procurement, sale, and training of aerospace & defense across Singapore & Southeast Asia.

A certified Security Risk Management Professional (INSSA), he advises on security threats, geopolitical risks, and operational resilience in defense operations. He also spearheaded ANTRi (ASEAN New Training Readiness Initiative) and authored the *Civilian Risk Management Guidebook on Critical Missions in Southeast Asia* (2025). Lastly, as deputy director of the Global Chamber, he drives international partnerships, ensuring innovative and strategic solutions in the aerospace and defense sectors.
