Our Core Mission

To rewire global business culture by connecting Estonian and Baltic enterprises to strategic opportunities across continents, with particular focus on underserved markets and inclusive trade pathways. We are inclusive, project-driven, and corridor - focused,  leveraging Estonia’s world-leading digital governance and e-Residency framework as a springboard for international collaboration.

As a strategic enabling layer – not just a membership club – we convene SMEs, investors, governments, universities, and corporates on neutral ground to co-create high-impact projects, events, and online seminars. From trade corridors to startup integration, from women-in-leadership and youth-focused programmes to green innovation forums, we contribute to Global Chamber’s purpose-led community by delivering monthly momentum and measurable outcomes that show what inclusive, trusted trade infrastructure can achieve from Estonia into the wider world.

XiaXiahn 'Zazi' Vaccalluzzo is the Founder & CEO of ONEZSM, a video-first global business directory and emerging marketplace that turns real-world SMME stories into searchable, trade-ready profiles for buyers, partners, and institutions. ONEZSM treats visibility as core trade infrastructure rather than marketing, creating a human-centric digital presence layer that helps capable but overlooked enterprises be seen, understood, and engaged across Africa, the Baltics, and global trade routes.

South African–born and an Estonian e‑resident, she is permanently stationed at the seams between Africa and Europe, creativity and code, hustle and policy - working where stories, strategy, and technology overlap. She focuses on creating the conditions for the right people and the right opportunities to collide, especially founders who don’t usually get a front‑row seat, by turning visibility and trust into something you can actually trade on. For Zazi, entrepreneurship is the most practical kind of optimism, and she wants her footprint to be a trail of ecosystems and businesses that are fairer, more inclusive, and unapologetically ambitious.  

Zazi operates at the intersection of innovation and inclusion, using video-first tools and global partnerships to help entrepreneurs and businesses navigate complexity, attract capital, and scale into new markets, with a mission that is consistent across roles: to merge human creativity with intelligent systems so that visibility becomes trust, trust becomes trade, and trade becomes lasting transformation for communities across continents.

In her distinct role as Executive Director of Global Chamber® Estonia | Baltics, Zazi focuses on corridor-based trade infrastructure, particularly the Africa–Baltics bridge, where she brings together SMEs, investors, diaspora leaders, and institutions to co-create structured pathways instead of one-off networking. She designs and delivers cross-border events and projects, collaboration workshops, digital transformation programmes, and SME empowerment initiatives - with a strong emphasis on women- and youth-led enterprises, marginalised businesses, and informal traders - blending policy-aware facilitation with practical market access.

Together, these roles position Zazi as a bridge between institutional ecosystems and digital infrastructure: Global Chamber® Estonia leads the activation of corridors, partnerships, and deal flow, while ONEZSM extends this mission by providing the video-first visibility and 'trust layer' that makes those trade and investment opportunities tangible and discoverable for enterprises across the chamber community. 

Mika Sivonen - Director & Member of the Advisory Board of the Estonian Chapter

Director & Member of the Advisory Board of the Estonian Chapter Mika Sivonen is a seasoned business transformation and operations leader with over 30 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. In his leadership role with Global Chamber® Estonia, he supports the development of structured, corridor-based pathways that make cross-border business as straightforward as local business for SMMEs and growth-stage companies, particularly in bridging the Baltics and Africa. As Co‑founder and Managing Partner of ONEZSM, Mika drives a video‑first, digital trade enablement platform that works in close partnership with Global Chamber® Estonia to enhance visibility, trust, and discoverability for internationally minded SMMEs. He brings to the advisory board a strong track record in operational excellence, cross-cultural team leadership, and the design of scalable, risk-aware internationalization models that connect innovative firms with credible partners, investors, and new markets worldwide.
