He is a lawyer by distraction and has found his true passion in human development. As the founder of Rising UP, he has implemented pioneering strategies that integrate behavioral science and emotional intelligence, revolutionizing the way organizations care for the well-being of their teams. His unique approach not only improves employees' mental health but also boosts their performance, generating a positive and sustainable impact on organizational culture.

Gabriel, married to Astrid and proud father of Esteban and Eloísa, is very fond of cats and firmly believes in the ability to overcome difficulties. He also defines himself as a knitter and lover of nature walks, as they provide him with a space to reconnect and recharge his batteries. He has participated in several collective publications and in his most recent work, Conscious Wealth.

Alfonso Morones - Global Advisor

Alfonso heads Grupo Jerosan, which is dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of luxury kitchens in Mexico City.

He was part of the Mexican ice hockey team as a player and coach. He has participated in many world championships.

He has a degree in business administration.

His main experience is in real estate sales, throughout his life he has been involved in more than 1000 transactions. He has also worked in marketing companies in the sales area.
