Adrián G. Charansonnet

Director Partner of México Cuántico

Adrián G. Charansonnet is a graduate of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and holds a Master's degree in Public Image Engineering from the College of Public Image Consultants in Mexico City. He received training from Mercedes-Benz in Mexico, Portland, Oregon (USA), and Campinas, Brazil, in train-the-trainer programs, public relations, sales training, and institutional communication. For the past 36 years, he has developed communication, negotiation, and public image projects and programs for prominent figures in various sectors, including companies and business leaders, private security organizations, public security agencies, and advisors to 14 civil associations related to private security in Mexico. He has served as Secretary and founder of organizations such as ANERPV, AMESIS, AMSIRIA, Seguridad por México, and ASUME un Compromiso con México. He has also collaborated as a consultant with organizations such as the CNSP, ASIS, AMPPPAC, ALAS, IMEI, ANTP, AMDA, CANACAR, COPARMEX, AMIS, and GNP, among many others, as well as numerous companies in diverse sectors, private security, and public security institutions. He is a speaker, editor for Latin America of publications for the insurance industry, and holds diplomas in Corporate Finance, Political Forecasting, Police Command, and Gender Perspective, as well as training in Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal Psychology, and Human Development. He is a speaker trainer and image consultant for prominent figures in the business, logistics, technology, automotive, and public and private security sectors. He trains high-profile negotiation teams and created the Negotiation Chain model based on human typology. He is currently the Director Partner of México Cuántico, an organization dedicated to training speakers and negotiation teams, providing public image consulting, and offering specialized international financial protection solutions. He is also the Founding Partner and Director of MAHA International and the Co-founder of Networkers México as a business networking platform for Mexico and South America.

 

Aidabeth Zalazar

Founder of Teksi

Aidabeth Zalazar is a technology entrepreneur and founder of Teksi, a Mexican Software Factory that develops digital solutions in web, mobile, cloud, and artificial intelligence while integrating a scalable social impact model. With more than a decade of experience in the technology sector, she has led digital transformation initiatives, product development, and platform modernization projects for organizations in Mexico and internationally. Her work focuses on demonstrating how technology can become a driver of social mobility. Through Teksi, she promotes a model that trains and employs young talent from rural communities in Mexico, enabling them to participate in the digital economy without having to migrate from their communities. She actively advocates for women’s inclusion in STEM and participates in conversations around sustainability, technology, and social impact, promoting business models where technological innovation and social development grow together.

 

 

 

 

Andrés Aragon

Innovation Strategist and Executive Leader 

With over 20 years of experience transforming organizations through technology, Andrés (Andy) Aragon is an innovation strategist and executive leader with a proven global vision in high-growth markets. An MIT graduate, he has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution, enabling companies across diverse sectors to scale without borders.

As a Fractional CxO, Andy delivers on-demand leadership that combines strategic acumen with solid operational experience. His track record includes significant milestones in multiple industries:

Jaime Moreno

Founder and CEO of COMPLIA

Fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He has more than a decade of experience supporting companies and organizations in the strategic adoption of technology under frameworks of compliance, ethics, governance, and information security. He is authorized as an External Training Agent (Agente Capacitador Externo – ACE) by the STPS of the Government of Mexico. He is the author of the COMPLIA Responsible AI Model (2024), a management system (AIMS) designed to integrate artificial intelligence into formal structures of compliance, ethics, governance, and security, enabling organizations to reduce risks, strengthen trust, and transform technology into a sustainable competitive advantage. With executive education in Corporate Governance and Senior Management from Universidad Anáhuac México, he holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence Systems and multiple certifications in ethical AI, compliance, technology governance, and cybersecurity from institutions including University of Helsinki, IBM, Microsoft, Google, Cisco Networking Academy, and Aivancity School of AI & Data for Business and Society. He also obtained the certification “AI and Digital Transformation in Government” from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in collaboration with UNESCO. Jaime is a Verified Expert at xpertalia, an independent directory that validates professionals in AI, Data, and Cybersecurity through processes that verify identity, career trajectory, education, and demonstrable professional experience, confirming technical competence, professional judgment, and alignment with principles of ethics and transparency. He is a Member of The Global Chamber (Mexico City), an Expert Contributor to Mexico Business News, and part of the Latin American Council for Ethics in Technology (CLET), serving on the Business Sector Engagement Commission. Jorge Cabello

Mr. Cabello has an extensive professional experience, during which he has worked for some of the most prestigious firms on tax counseling in Mexico.
He has represented various national and foreign clients in proceedings before the tax authorities, achieving judicial precedents of great relevance.
Among his areas of professional practice are: administrative controversy and procedure before tax authorities, tax litigation, tax consulting, international taxation, foreign trade litigation and social security litigation.

He holds a Law degree and Master’s degree in Tax Law. He has been a member of professional associations of great relevance in Mexico, such as the College of Public Accountants of Mexico and the National Association of Business Lawyers, where he has given several conferences.

Luis Mendez 

CEO of Leeuw Wolk

Luis Mendez is the founder and CEO of Leeuw Wolk, a Mexico City-based AI agency specializing in private AI solutions and intelligent business automation. His flagship product, LegalOps, is an AI-powered legal document analysis system designed for Mexico's financial sector — built on local inference infrastructure to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.

With more than 27 years of experience in technology and business leadership, Luis has held senior roles at some of Mexico's most prominent multinational organizations: Systems Engineer at Grupo Bimbo, Automation Manager at Bancomer, and multiple director-level positions at Grupo Salinas (Banco Azteca and Grupo Elektra), where he led technology initiatives across seven countries in Latin America, managing budgets exceeding $9.5M USD and deploying solutions at scale for tens of thousands of field users.

Beyond enterprise technology, Luis is co-founder and President of Noja USA Inc., a company that exports fresh and avocado-derived products from Mexico to the United States — a business that reflects his belief in connecting Mexican producers to global markets.

Luis holds a B.S. in Computer Science from ITESM and is currently completing an International Master's in Business Creation and Acceleration at Universidad Isabel I. He also holds four CONOCER certifications as a consultant and trainer.

Based in Mexico City, Luis is passionate about building technology that is private, practical, and locally relevant — and about connecting Mexican innovation with global opportunity.

 

 

Pablo Quevedo

COO & Agile Lead Mentor | Deputy Director – Global Chamber Mexico City

Pablo Quevedo supports business owners and organizations in closing the gap between purpose and execution by integrating Senior Management, Organizational Agility, and innovation to achieve sustainable growth. As a COO and Agile Lead Mentor, he guides organizational transformation processes using practices such as Disciplined Agile, Lean Kata, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Innovation, and Lean Inception, with a strategic, people-centered approach. In his role as Deputy Director of Global Chamber Mexico City, Pablo contributes to the development of high-value business ecosystems, fostering strategic collaboration, international networking, and global business expansion. Additionally, he advises and drives initiatives in AI-powered strategic execution and organizational awareness, enterprise blockchain applications, an AI-driven legal document analysis platform, and a digital identity–focused initiative, integrating strategy, technology, and conscious leadership.

 

Rodolfo Urdiain Farcug

Founder of MindPro LLC (USA)

Rodolfo Urdiain Farcug is a senior consultant in commercial transformation and sales team development across Latin America. With more than 19 years of experience, he has designed and implemented commercial systems, customer service processes, and training models for multinational organizations, educational institutions, and financial services companies. He is the founder of MindPro LLC (USA) and has led commercial development and training initiatives impacting more than 10,000 advisors and executives across nine countries, focusing on KPI implementation, CRM adoption, funnel optimization, and scalable revenue growth. Previously, he served as Director of Training and Commercial Development for Latin America at Laureate International Universities, where he led regional initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities and improve conversion performance across seven countries. He has also worked as a senior sales consultant with The Friedman Group. Rodolfo is the author of Publicidad: Enfoque Latinoamericano (Cengage Learning) and Cómo Ganar Clientes, and has participated in international projects related to sales training, leadership development, and commercial strategy in the Americas and Europe.
