Maimun Ur Rashid Mustafa is a business leader, facilitator, and corporate trainer with 18+ years of cross-industry experience spanning international trade, technology, logistics, healthcare, media, agriculture, tourism, SMEs, and startups. He specializes in delivering practical, results-driven learning solutions that enhance organizational performance and global competitiveness.

His expertise includes Business Communication, Marketing & Sales, Support Operations, Graphic Design, Global Trade, and Generative AI. Maimun is known for simplifying complex business challenges by integrating people, processes, and technology—helping teams improve communication, strengthen strategic thinking, and drive measurable outcomes in diverse, global environments.

With extensive leadership experience in trade promotion and international business facilitation, he has led cross-border collaborations, stakeholder engagement, and global outreach initiatives. This exposure provides him with deep insights into market expansion, regional integration, and international business dynamics, which he translates into actionable training.

An entrepreneur from an early age, Maimun also contributed to early digital media platforms, building expertise in communication strategy, PR, and emerging technologies. His background as an international debater—representing Bangladesh and training over 100+ students, including national champions—adds a strong foundation in structured thinking, persuasive communication, and impactful delivery.

Currently, as CEO of Movementum Consultancy and Facilitation Group (MCFG), Maimun designs and delivers capability development programs that enhance workforce readiness, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth by combining strategic insight with hands-on experience to manage operations and deliver training that transforms knowledge into measurable business impact.
