Monica Moore monica

Founder of “The Mahogany Experience” 

Monica specializes in managing the administration & logistics for Educational Events such as workshops, business summits, seminars, corporate meetings, business & professional development, etc. Before Mahogany, she launched Epiphany Business Services, a company that provides virtual support to include administrative support, notary services, and light bookkeeping. Monica begin her career in business administration at MGM-Mirage Resorts as part of their management team for 10 years. She was nominated as Supervisor in the Spotlight Hotel Division for two quarters in 1999 in recognition of her outstanding performance. After her move from the Hotel Industry, she began to pursue her passion to work with Small Business Owner and Entrepreneurs by managing Office Business Centers in Nevada and Texas. Monica’s move included an integral part of Davinci Suites expansion into the Nevada market in 2005. Within her first six months as manager, she brought and maintained 100% occupancy to their Henderson Center and was shortly asked to assist with the opening of a second location within the Las Vegas area. Monica has a bachelor degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She is on the Executive Board for Dress for Success Southern Nevada and also the former Business Development Chair for NAWBO Southern Nevada. She currently the works with Entrepreneur Organization Las Vegas. Monica experience has proven a strong background in customer service, customer relations, general office services, critical thinking and problem solving, establishing organizational structure and improving processes and policies in support of organizational goals.

 

Erica Hervol - Global Advisor

Erica Hervol, based on the West Coast of the United States, is the founder of Premier Properties Global and Premier Investment Consulting. To best serve her clients, in particular those who set up in the United States from abroad, she has a 3-sided approach to her practice:

*Real Estate consulting
*Business consulting
*Business sales brokering

Her collective experience with business ownership, property and business sales, coaching, program management, team leadership, and branch management has been complementary to her partnership with global professionals in a variety of business sectors. She proudly holds the distinguished Certified International Property Specialist designation, the Master Certified Negotiation Expert certification, and is a business coach/mentor. Erica's commitment is to deliver an extraordinary professional experience to each individual and to continue to serve globally.

What makes Erica's career most enjoyable to her is the connection to and collaboration with colleagues around the world, from which she feels she is always learning and growing. For this reason, she is honored to connect with and serve in the Global Chamber.
