Albert Paredes is CEO and Founder at SoftwareCraft, a technology company specialized in software development and near-shore outsourcing. Over twenty years of experience leading technology teams building products for active traders and investors in the financial trading and securities markets both in the US and Japan. Ample knowledge managing distributed teams across the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Hands-on experience opening and running Software Development operations in Costa Rica and other countries in the LATAM region under free trade zone regimes. An avid technologist and passionate about helping professionals and companies succeed. Albert in the advisory board for GC Costa Rica and the Global Chamber Regional Desk for LATAM.
Katherine Thomas

Katherine is a 360 Marketing Strategy Specialist (offline marketing and online marketing) and communication, over 15 years of experience she have had the opportunity to work for different markets both in the public and private sector, which has allowed her to have a bigger vision of the market and the behavior of people based on their tastes and preferences, offering prodcts and services that leads to positive, measurable and tangible results. She has worked as Logistics and Sales Executive Coordinator at Eventos La Hacienda, Marketing Director at Junior Achivement Costa Rica, Brand Manager at EKA Consultores and Marketing and Sales Manager at Colinas del Poas. Nowdays she is the CEO and founder of Thomas Marketing and Events and Chair Professor of Business Administration at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
Alberto Blanco
Public Accountant, Financial and Banking Expert
Alberto has a long history in the banking and financial sector, nationally and internationally. He has held positions as Auditor at Banco Central de Costa Rica, Managing Director at Grupo Financiero Cuscatlán, Managing Director at ASEFISA, Deputy Managing Director at Banco Improsa and Managing Director at Deportivo Saprissa. Also, he has been part as a board member for stock positions teams, investment funds teams, insurance companies, insurance brokers, business salvages commissions and National and Regional Credit Committees. In his career he has shown great leadership capacity in multiple areas, such as administrative, technological, human resources, projects, operations, finance and marketing.

Floribeth is the Editorial Director at CR Actualidad (cractualidad.com) and a Consultant in Digital Journalism, Public Relations and Sustainability. She has hold positions as reporter, news anchor and screenwriter at Central de Radios, Grupo Repretel, multimedia reporter and web content creator at AmeliaRueda.com, Assistant and Advisor at the Defensoria de los Habitantes de Costa Rica and Director of University Extension and Social Responsibility / University Professor at Universidad Castro Carazo. She is passionate about human rights, sustainability, gender equality and sustainable business.

Patricia Taborda

Patricia is a communicator, passionate about positive thinking, expert in developing the talent of collaborators and work teams. She has worked in the organization of massive events and expos with Marketing Corp and Centro de Eventos Pedregal. Nowdays she is an instructor at Taborda Positivo, a training company in key areas to which companies, in essential beliefs for success, through workshops and personal sessions, develop the skills necessary to obtain excellence of the collaborators and excellent teamwork. Also she is the Host and Producer of "Cuando Volvés a Casa" with Grupo Columbia, a radio program, training and personal sessions of PSYCH-K, for reprogramming beliefs limitations, positive and constructive information to get each person be their best version.
Karol Chinchilla
Interior designer, Multiplier B and Mentor
Karol is an entrepreneur of her own brand Ka Interiorismo Sostenible, it is part of Inside Studio's architecture and design team. It promotes space optimization workshops, believing that no space is too small when it is well used and distributed. She was a volunteer for women's social groups such as Amigas de Habla Hispana in Qatar and the Association of Graduates of the Colegio Superior de Señoritas in Costa Rica. Participates as a Leadership Mentor of Voces Vitales Costa Rica and in the Hack de Economia Colaborativa. Today she will prepare as an INCAE Mentor and as a UN Women Ally. She is currently the Coordinator of Communications and Local B Communities for Sistema B in Central America and the Caribbean, she is part of the motor group B team in Costa Rica.
