As such, she is consistently exceeding budgetary and performance goals and she is adept at achieving maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditure. Selam is a development worker with 15 years of practical working experience in different organizations with various thematic focuses. She has managed and coordinated projects with many organizations including but not limited to TechnoServe, BBC Media Action,UNICEF, Electoral reform Services International (ERIS) and IREX. Selam is a motivated, bright and ambitious person, who is passionate about projects that make a difference - be it at an individual or system level.
