Donna Smiley - Executive Director

Donna Smiley is the Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Titan Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with a presence in Miami, Florida. With a reputation for excellence that is unparalleled in the industry, Donna leverages over a decade of strategic expertise to deliver sophisticated market insights and transaction execution for SMEs.

Dana M. Austin

Dana Austin is a healthcare executive and nurse leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning clinical practice, education, and executive leadership.

She previously served as Executive Director of Global Chamber for four years, where she advanced global partnerships and cross-sector collaboration to support international business and community growth.

In her role as an International Cultural Ambassador, Dana actively engages across cultures and borders to foster understanding, strengthen global relationships, and elevate shared approaches to leadership, healthcare, and human-centered innovation.

She also serves as a Healthcare Ambassador for the Center for Global Health Innovation, supporting equity-driven, future-focused health initiatives. Dana is proud to have led as a Nurse Educator within Wellstar Healthcare—Georgia’s largest healthcare system—where she developed leaders and strengthened clinical practice through education, strategy, and service.

A contributor to scientific publications and a lifelong lover of writing, Dana founded the Transformational Writers Academy to support and empower global authopreneurs.

 

 

 

Dr. David J. Knight

Founder of Dr. David Knight Consulting Services

Dr. David J. Knight Is A Devoted Christian, Family Man and Professional. The God-fearing Information Technology (IT) Executive, David J. Knight Sr. is the Founder of Dr. David Knight Consulting Services and Minority Ventures and Holdings, LLC. He is a successful serial entrepreneur. His projects include, developing Christian Social Networking sites, building sustainable green communities, providing jobs training initiatives, creating faith-based awards shows, mentoring youth, coaching adults, motivational speaking and a host of other faith based community initiatives.  After serving 21 Years with the United States Marine Corps and 14 years in corporate America in numerous leadership roles he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer from the service and reached Executive level in Corporate America. David also successfully ventured into the world of Information Technology entrepreneurship. He has owned several successful businesses such as; PFI Strategic Business Solutions, LLC, Merging Technology Partners, Perfecting Technology, LLC., and Club E Technologies, LLC.  David was an Adjunct Professor, certified, Trainer, Life Coach, Mentor and public speaker through the John Maxwell’s Leadership training program. David is a certified Firearms Instructor, a certified Range Safety Officer, a co-founder of a weapons manufacturing company. David has advance degrees in Information Technology and Biblical Studies.

Eric Dunlap

Eric has been a guest Lecturer at one of Atlanta's HBCU's, Morehouse School of Medicine, Tuskegee and Georgia Tech.

And Also, A Champion In His Own Right, As An Atlanta Braves Diamond Hope Award Winner.  Some Other Highlights Are Serving For Over  15 Years National Cancer Survivors Speakers Bureau And  Being An Active Member Of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women's Pink & Black Ball: Decatur-DeKalb Chapter. He Was Also A Pink and Black Ball Honoree. Eric lives in Atlanta, GA with wife Felecia. They have two adult sons; one a graduate of Morehouse, like his grandfather and the other a graduate of Georgia State, like his father.

Junko grew up in a traditional Japanese family where her father was a corporate executive and her mother was a homemaker. Her father managed the entire household's financials and her mother didn’t know anything about money except the allowance she received from husband monthly. Her mother’s lack of financial independence made Junko determined to be a completely independent woman. After Junko moved to the US, she realized that many American women, those who are older, tend to give financial responsibilities to their spouses. She decided to become a wealth manager in order to help women become aware of the importance of financial independence and to gain the confidence in doing so. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Stephen and her mother whom she brought over from Japan eight years ago with her father who rests in peace in heaven. She has two married daughters, Dr. Yael and Adina & their families in Philadelphia, PA and Silver Spring, MD.

Necole F. Turner is the founder of Innovative Butterfly, LLC., a company that aids individuals in bringing their dream of owning a small business to fruition. In addition, she is the Creator of the Podcast "The Beautiful Butterfly Project" that focuses on business owners who are intentional about the passionate pursuit of their purpose. Necole F. Turner has over 15 years experience in the educational area of Legal Studies. Further experience includes work in the area of Legal Research and Writing and as a Paralegal in the metro Atlanta area. She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the area of Legal Studies at Kennesaw State University.

Most recently she is the co-founder of the Floyd Turner Foundation, Inc which focuses on food insecurity among college students, providing small college scholarships and educating college students on the importance of saving early for retirement in communities of underrepresented and underserved minority students.

Tony R. Kitchens

International Public Speaker & Author

Tony R. Kitchens is an Author, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. He founded his first company in January 1991 at the age of 21. Under Kitchens’ leadership over nearly 3 decades, he built strong client relationships with several Fortune 500 companies, including the largest tech companies in the world.  After 29 years in business and having surpassed more than $110 million in sales over that time, Kitchens closed the corporation and is now assisting clients with consulting on various areas of their businesses from small start-ups to larger corporations. In 2019, Mr. Kitchens, his wife and son funded the construction of the “Anthony TJ Kitchens Technology Centre” in Kenya, Africa, named after his son. The Centre is the only one of its kind in the region, being outfitted with new laptop computers, interactive televisions, high-speed internet and much more. The Centre provides an opportunity for the local children, parents and community members to embrace and learn technology and obtain the training they previously did not have access to. Mr. Kitchens continues to follow his dreams, one, writing and self-publishing his first Memoir entitled, “The Gift of Pain” in 2021, which provides insight into his upbringing and personal beliefs that has allowed him to push past difficulties and continue to dream and accomplish his goals. Mr. Kitchens is an active member of Toastmasters International. He received the coveted “Triple Crown” award in 2021, having completed three levels of goals within a six-month period. He uses public speaking, consulting, and other platforms to encourage, inspire and motivate people to dream big and push past pain and fear, so they can reach their goals. Mr. Kitchens is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) – Georgia. This organization provides a vehicle for Mr. Kitchens to extend his reach as a speaker to all 50 of the United States as well as many other countries. In 2023, Mr. Kitchens agreed to serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Robin and Doug Shore Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
