Donna Smiley - Executive Director

Donna Smiley is the Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Titan Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with a presence in Miami, Florida. With a reputation for excellence that is unparalleled in the industry, Donna leverages over a decade of strategic expertise to deliver sophisticated market insights and transaction execution for SMEs.

Dana M. Austin
Dana Austin is a healthcare executive and nurse leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning clinical practice, education, and executive leadership.
She previously served as Executive Director of Global Chamber for four years, where she advanced global partnerships and cross-sector collaboration to support international business and community growth.
In her role as an International Cultural Ambassador, Dana actively engages across cultures and borders to foster understanding, strengthen global relationships, and elevate shared approaches to leadership, healthcare, and human-centered innovation.
She also serves as a Healthcare Ambassador for the Center for Global Health Innovation, supporting equity-driven, future-focused health initiatives. Dana is proud to have led as a Nurse Educator within Wellstar Healthcare—Georgia’s largest healthcare system—where she developed leaders and strengthened clinical practice through education, strategy, and service.
A contributor to scientific publications and a lifelong lover of writing, Dana founded the Transformational Writers Academy to support and empower global authopreneurs.

Tony R. Kitchens
International Public Speaker & Author
Tony R. Kitchens is an Author, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. He founded his first company in January 1991 at the age of 21. Under Kitchens’ leadership over nearly 3 decades, he built strong client relationships with several Fortune 500 companies, including the largest tech companies in the world. After 29 years in business and having surpassed more than $110 million in sales over that time, Kitchens closed the corporation and is now assisting clients with consulting on various areas of their businesses from small start-ups to larger corporations. In 2019, Mr. Kitchens, his wife and son funded the construction of the “Anthony TJ Kitchens Technology Centre” in Kenya, Africa, named after his son. The Centre is the only one of its kind in the region, being outfitted with new laptop computers, interactive televisions, high-speed internet and much more. The Centre provides an opportunity for the local children, parents and community members to embrace and learn technology and obtain the training they previously did not have access to. Mr. Kitchens continues to follow his dreams, one, writing and self-publishing his first Memoir entitled, “The Gift of Pain” in 2021, which provides insight into his upbringing and personal beliefs that has allowed him to push past difficulties and continue to dream and accomplish his goals. Mr. Kitchens is an active member of Toastmasters International. He received the coveted “Triple Crown” award in 2021, having completed three levels of goals within a six-month period. He uses public speaking, consulting, and other platforms to encourage, inspire and motivate people to dream big and push past pain and fear, so they can reach their goals. Mr. Kitchens is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) – Georgia. This organization provides a vehicle for Mr. Kitchens to extend his reach as a speaker to all 50 of the United States as well as many other countries. In 2023, Mr. Kitchens agreed to serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Robin and Doug Shore Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. The Center’s mission is to inspire entrepreneurial culture, develop entrepreneurial skillsets, enable idea creating and collaboration opportunities, and support early-stage companies an impact corporate innovation activities. Mr. Kitchens is actively speaking to audiences around the world and helping entrepreneurs start businesses and corporations scale through his Business Strategy Consultancy practice.
