Dr. Anupam Bhatnagar is a seasoned industry leader and CXO consultant advancing ICT innovation, policy advocacy, and global consulting ecosystems. As Honorary Secretary of the IT & Electronics Knowledge Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he drives growth in the ICT and electronics sectors both nationally and internationally.

With experience as a former Director General of GESIA, he has shaped ICT advocacy and collaborative industry ecosystems, while advising organizations at the CXO level on leadership, strategy, and higher education policy.
